Then he had the balls to tell us he wasn't going to charge extra to us because she took longer than usual. After being to the vet and taking the medications, I'm glad to inform that KHLOE IS BACK TO HER OLD SWEET SELF. Meaning: she wasn't sick when she went to get groomed. She got sick 1-2 days after that so bad that we thought we were going to loose her (she's 16). ANOTHER MISTAKE was done and eventhough I tried to get the info from the vet (that I'm not going to mention here, but Khloe will no longer be their patient)... Before grooming, the employee asked me about her shots, which I did not have the info on hand... In front of me, she called (?) the vet who apparently gave her the okay to go ahead with the grooming. Detail: her BORDATELLA had expired on 10/25/25.Which I didn't know and I believe it's required for dogs who socialize with others. She should had denied service right there. At this point, I don't know who's "not telling the thruth". Khloe wasn't seen by her usual vet, but another one who's not listed on their website. When I enquired the vet, they "go around and around" without a "direct response" eventhough "all calls are recorded". I can only get to one conclusion: they're protecting each other. Be careful with who your trust "your babies" with... principally when they're old. We're their voices and it has been proved to me that not always these businesses have their best interest on mind, but that the $$$$ is way more important. Groomers should know how to deal with that. He passed his meet and greet (9/3) and the we took him to daycare Tuesday and Thursday (9/8 & 9/11). The staff told us how much they loved Rocco, how he was very friendly and adapting quickly. **Preface: our dog has never had any skin issues in the 3 months we've had him** We noticed on 9/9 he had a patch of scabs on the back of his neck, but didn't think anything of it because he runs through fields and likes to play in the bushes. We then boarded him over this past weekend because we were getting married and didn't want to leave him locked up in a hotel room all weekend. We now wish that's what we would've done. 30 minutes before picking up our baby this morning, my husband received the text in the picture from a staff member. We were assured everything was fine and there was nothing else to be concerned about because he was doing better. As you can clearly see in these photos, there is still blood and a gaping wound in our dogs neck. The lack of transparency and compassion for our dog is absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't even be bothered to wipe the blood of his neck. We are unsure how he got this wound, but quite frankly it doesn't even matter because we can't trust Dogtopia to be truthful about it. Safe to say we will NEVER bring Rocco back.

It bothered me that he was peeing inside only on the turf and walking around on wet turf which was mopped up. That always bothered me and it actually pretty gross! We had a person come over for a couple of. nights instead of bringing him there where we would not know if he really ate. The lady who came had previously worked there and told us that she would not put her dog there due to never going outside, peeing and poop inside and no windows what so ever! I decided that I would have to spend more time and check the reviews out much more carefully for this year! They take your money out from the credit card that they keep on File. You are required to give a 2 week notice when your dog is leaving and we did that. Looking at my bank states about 2 months later, I saw that they had removed money for the month that we. were not even in Florida. I called and told them and they said that a manager, Amy would take care of that and call me back. I had to call numerous times to finally have her call me. She must have hoped that I would go away! When she called, she argued about the extra money she had removed from my account, saying that was what we owed, and she could put 10.00 back on my card. I was ver upset about her dishonesty and she told me that when we return this Winter, Romeo could come for the first week every day that we wanted to bring him! I said fine and gave up. First, our star rating would have been much higher before today…read more We took our sweet family member to this site for about six months for the same service each time, and very happy. We had the same groomer for three visits until the times didn't match up. The one we got then was phenomenal and very friendly and informative with us, so we stuck with her and requested her each time. For every visit, we were informed that our sweet girl was quite easy and no problem at all, and that each visit would be about an hour or so; it always was, with the longest one being 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then, our favorite groomer left, and when we went back for the first time today, we did not select a specific groomer. However, when we came in, we saw the initial groomer, and she was very cold to us, but we just shook it off. The groomer assigned to us came out, did not introduce herself, petted our dog, and then went behind the register to ask questions about the services we requested. When she came around again, she guided our dog back and told us she would call when finished. After leaving, my husband and I had some feels that we later revealed to each other and regretted not acting on and going back to just retrieve our girl and go home. We wish we had. We arrived at the store an hour and five minutes after dropping her off. We sat and waited. We later went in and were informed that our girl still needed her face dried, and it would take 20 minutes. All in all, it was over 1 hour and 45 minutes, and our dog was still a bit wet. We were informed that she needed two people to help dry her. During the 6 months we have been taking her, she has NEVER needed 2 people and has NEVER backed away from anyone. On the contrary, we were told that she is easy to do, agreeable, and since she is short-haired, no problem to dry quickly. Why was this time, out of 6 months, so different? We think we know exactly why. If you want to go, you should. Just be careful if you choose someone specific, and then something happens, and you switch it up. We may have been "punished" with extra time, but the one who got the worst end of the deal was our sweet puppy, who has anxiety, that had to stay almost 2 hours, rather than the usual one hour, and had to pee so bad she barely made it home.

He tried to jump out of the window!! As a dog momma, that loves her dogs as her children, I beat myself up for letting it go on long enough to completely stress him out! I called my old trainer who is now retired and she recommended Jennifer! Jennifer came to my house and worked with my Jeffery on all the things the vet would do! Just touching and trusting a stranger! She even went to his appointment with me today! His appointment was a SUCCESS!! He even let one of the nurses touch his butt!! He kissed the vet and everything!! She was great support there and at home and will continue to support Jeffery and I as we continue to set him up for success!! I am so grateful for her!!!
