The staff took the time to understand her personality and natural traits, even knowing she prefers human attention over other dogs. It was clear she was watched over, loved, and comfortable the entire time. I felt completely confident leaving her here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for caring, attentive boarding.

Caesar was disoriented and lethargic. I had to take him to an emergency vet since it was a Saturday. He had kennel cough and major dehydration. Unfortunately he succumbed to this neglect and he died Monday morning! My heart is broken and so upset with the care he received! I called 3 times to see how he was doing and every time they said "Oh he's fine"! I also gave them his Veterinary info in case of an emergency....did nothing!
