It's only when they require payment that they are interested in calling you back. They do not have a reliable or easy payment interface and the office attendant who answers the phone is argumentative. They also tack on miscellaneous charges without explaining upfront . He cleaned the dogs ears, put medicine in, told us what we needed to do, gave us what we needed to use, and sent us on our way. All in all it was a very productive visit. I have also had my dogs teeth cleaned here and he did not charge an arm and a leg like other vets do to clean my dogs teeth. I was very pleased. Will continue to use this vet because he has a no nonsense attitude, doesn't tack on a lot of extra frills that are not needed, but does inform you of what is necessary to keep your dog or cat safe and happy.
