If you look like you don't have money to spend they won't serve you or will just completely ignore you. I have watched many people in my local community walk out of this Pet Shop due to its bad service. The staff are also rude speaking to people. Other Pet Shops in the local area would like to see this shop closed for they also are suspect on how they are treating the animals they are selling to the public.

The dogs aren't caged up when they are waiting to be groomed, they have an open play area where they can socialize, my puppy just loves it and she is so much more sociable with other dogs since going there. That is not all, the quality of the service is a bargain for what you pay. Cally and her colleges do a wonderful job at grooming my puppy and Cally (who used to be a vet nurse) also picked up that my puppy had an ear infection, which I was unable to identify myself, which in the long run has saved me a ton in vet bills as I was able to treat her immediately.
