They really like staying here and get really keyed up when they realize they are "going to camp" as we call it. We call once or twice while we are gone just to make sure everything is going well. Plus they are really well behaved for several days after they get home and rest a lot. The staff love them and enjoy playing with them. The staff's caring attitude really shows through. They often get a bath on their last day which gives them a clue that they are coming home. We can highly recommend WCPR and often do.

I've been able to put up with their terrible communication and weird hours because they usually do such an amazing job with my Aussie. I only take him 1-2 times a year for a little trim and clean up. I always specify no shaving because he has a double coat, and it has never been a problem in the past. But this time I showed up to a completely different dog. His entire coat had been completely shaved off. Now I'll be working on it for the next several months and praying it grows back normal. They were literally told not to shave him, and it's not like we're new customers. Will not be returning here.

My husband travels weekly and I knew she would be mostly my responsibility. We started our first round at 4 1/2 months and just finished second round -Bailey is 8 months. She learned many commands (at least 10) after 9 days with Brian which he taught me how to reinforce at home with weekly sessions. Now she's working on e collar training. We went back for weeks for subsequent Mondays (11-4) for Brian to work with my dog to continue to address issues. It never got better, only worse. I feel like my money back would only be the start of it. I am now seeking another trainer before I have to re-home this poor dog (who bites now mind you because of the treat techniques taught by Vacay 9). Don't waste your money on false hope here.
