He doesn't always get the same groomer, but his cuts are consistent and always look great, so I think that's a positive sign that the service across the board is awesome. I get him the spa package and I get his nails cut here as well, and we've never had any issues regarding those services either - overall I've always had wonderful service here and my doggo always comes back looking cute as ever. What a great experience. I found this place on a site called Thumbtack. We needed a reasonable groomer for our dog Scrappy. My husband usually does the grooming. But it's time that we utilize a groomer. Someone from Petsville was really responsive and I appreciated the correspondence. The pricing is descent. We should have gotten a discount for first timers. I don't think we got it. I'll follow up. But I'm not going to let that interfere with giving them the review that they deserve Scrappy went In full of fur and long nails. He came out a brand new dog. First of all, I'm not the type to leave ANY negative Reviews EVER. I understand people and businesses, especially a small business like this and I try everything in my power to NEVER negatively review a business because I know the effect it can have.. however, due to the employees actions AFTER the incident, I have no choice but to explain my story. My Lab is 7 months old. He's a puppy and very playful and sweet. I left him at this daycare only 2 times. By the way, this daycare only asks for vaccine records - that's it. They don't do a trial day or aggression test, you can literally drop your dog off the same day even if they don't know the dog. That should have been a red flag for me, but because of work and school, I was desperate and didn't want to leave my dog home alone, so due to the high amount of great reviews, I decided it's okay. Biggest mistake ever. The second time I left him, I get a hectic call while at work, just 40 minutes after dropping my lab off. I get told a dog "escaped" the gate and attacked my lab. At first, they said it was just a little scratch, then the conversation led to telling me just a few stitches and then telling me it was in his ear and neck area. Keep in mind, my dog is a puppy still. They tell me the name and address of the vet. I rush out of work, which sucks but luckily my boss understood and I was able to use my 30 min lunch to pick my pup up. I drive about 20 minutes to the vet, walk in, wait about 10 minutes to get told there was never a dog that came in. I call the phone number that called me to tell me about my little guy and call about 4 times - no answer. I then call the actual daycare itself from Google and the ONLY girl who was REMOTELY helpful and actually apologetic about the whole thing answered, and honestly she was a sweet heart. She calmed me down more than the unprofessional employees there - I wish I knew her name, she was a tall, very pretty African American woman with glasses. Nonetheless, I get told they gave me the wrong vet, the vet my guy was at was another 30 min away. Keep in mind, I have a job and I'm on my lunch! I tell her to just please bring my dog to the daycare and I'll just get him from there. I drive to the daycare finally, and no apologies. They give me the medication for his badly bitten ear and neck and then give me my dog. No apologies whatsoever. My mother in law was furious, she came in, and calmly asked "I don't know why you guys gave us the wrong address originally, it was a lot of wasting time." And with that, a woman with quite the nastiest attitude yelled at my in law for "screaming". Stating that my in law had no right to be upset!!! Can you believe this? I stepped in and told her we have MORE than a right to be upset! Prior to this, I was very kind about the entire thing. I said, you know, this is an accident that simply SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. An accident is a little scratch from the dogs playing or even a sore leg from running, this is a mistake that simply should never occur! Regardless, I told them over the phone that it happens, as long as my boys fine it's okay. However, this immense, unprofessional attitude from the employees really caught me off guard and was so uncalled for! Out of anger, my non English speaking in law stated verbatim "I just don't understand how a stupid dog could hurt someone as kind and sweet as this little boy" and immediately the woman cut her off and began to scream stating that the aggressive dog that bit my dog was NOT STUPID and is a SWEET and KIND dog that has been going to their daycare for months. REALLY? Something inside me told me not to take him here, and hopefully this warning helps. They have a LOT of good reviews, indeed. But this is an accident that simply should not happen - had my dog been a bit smaller, he would have died. The dog went for my puppy's neck, and I didn't even get to see the owner or the dog that bit my puppy. The entire thing was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. The staff, minus the woman I mentioned earlier, was insanely rude and defensive over the dog that hurt my dog - perhaps because we are only customers for 2 days and the other dog has been paying them for 10 months. I understand if your dog goes here and nothing has ever happened to them, but this is definitely worth something to think about. He's hurt so the picture is very hard to get, there is 5 stitches in his neck, with the stitches unable to be seen because his skin is so inflamed and enlarged from the bite, another 3 stitches INSIDE his ear, and a bad limp when he walks. He's very anxious and timid right now and not himself and it's been about 3 hours. I had to call off work because I just don't want him to be alone now. read more

As with any groomer, the person who does your groom makes all the difference. I had my dog groomed one time 3 months ago here, my dog looked awesome. 2nd groom, pretty bad. Left my dog for boarding over the holidays. Before I left I asked them to leave his beard long and the hair on his legs long. They kind of had this "we already know that" attitude because it's in the grooming notes and assured me they would follow my dog's notes. Like I was being difficult..... sure enough, I get him back with short beard (muppet face) and short hair on his legs. (I do regularly brush my dog btw)They didn't do anything to make up for it. Just sorry. Now I have to grow out this uneven, ugly haircut. There's long choppy pieces all over. The person who did this did not seem to have a lot of experience. Not great customer service. I think they lost my grooming business and boarding business. They don't do a bad job boarding which is why they got 2 stars, although every time I brought my dog to this place he would pull away and not want to go in. Call and spoke with Victoria about a week ago, who I guess is the owner, explained our situation that our dog just had IVDD surgery a couple of months ago and has fully recovered. Explained that we are very nervous to bring him to Daycare and that we want no one picking him up and to always make sure he is with smaller dogs. When we got there, everything seemed rushed and we did a tour but felt a little uneasy about this process. We left him there, they put him outside in an area, by himself and we left. Talking with my husband, we decided to go back and get him for many reasons. We went back about a half hour later, now he's inside in a cage. When the lady came out, she was carrying him in the wrong way, for a dachshund, if I may add. Obviously no experience with this breed of dog and asked a couple of times, over the phone when speaking to the owner Victoria, if they had experience with Dachshunds and she assured me they did. When we got him in the car, you could tell he was hurting. Had to give him a pain pill when we got home because of them picking him up. Have been trying to get a hold of Victoria since Saturday and this is Tuesday, of course I'm unable to get a hold of this person and they even charged us $10 which was a joke also because all they did was cage him. We took our puggle ("Tuggles") over to Petsville last Friday for her "spa treatment". She goes there regularly, because, let's face it, dogs get dirty and roll in nasty stuff! Imagine picking up your dog from the groomer, paying plus tip, only to get into the car to see your dog is bleeding. Petsville cut my dog's left ear (& treated the cut with quick stop) and never even notified me of the incident. Days later the cut is still healing. Bought a groupon so I decided to try out the place! The good: Price was very reasonable. Location was great! Staff was very polite and gave me a tour. The bad: It's a little small. Luckily we have a small Pomeranian and it gets to stay in the big room with the other small dogs. However, their weren't many other dogs for my dog to play with. My dogs were covered in fleas being left in backyard and neglected by a dog sitter. Once I returned from my trip on a Saturday afternoon I was in dismay what I saw and begin calling groomers everywhere no one had an availability or opening. She understood and took the time to care for my dogs first dipping them then letting me know to bring them back the next day for a wash. Some instances my dog would come out not looking like i wanted but only because I didn't specify what I wanted. You have to specify and clearly state what you want on your dog. This was our very first time taking our dogs over to Petsville of Citrus Park for grooming. I pulled up to a little home which has been fully converted into the cutest little place dedicated to pets that I have seen in this area! Took ChuChu and Harlee Jayne inside for their appointment and was greeted by a very happy, playful group of dogs in the big picture window who stay for either boarding or doggie daycare. Just adorable! The kind lady who met us at the desk took time to show me book of haircut styles for each my Shihtzu and Yorkie and discussed the options with each. I felt very comfortable letting my dogs stay to be groomed. There was a team of ladies there grooming, caring for, and walking pets. It's was easy to see they're doing what they love! They were very quick and thorough with the grooming. I went to do some errands and within just a couple hours they called to say our dogs were all done!
