I had first written a review on 4/27/2022 as the flower arrangement that I had ordered for my daughter was just beautiful. I had placed an order for a standing spray arrangement last week to be picked up today July 26th for interment of my Dad's ashes. Once again did excellent work. Explained that I wanted red and white carnations with a red, white and blue bow. This spray was absolutely gorgeous and very reasonable for the work that went into it. I wanted to bring my mom flowers when she ended up in the hospital, because they make her happy (in general--not just when she's in the hospital). So I was looking for a flower shop on the way to see her. This one was in Kamm's Corner, right around the corner from Fairview Hospital. They had arrangements to go in the case, but a lot of those got wiped out in the morning from early visits, high school dances, etc. (I was there on Saturday afternoon.) So I asked if I could get one made. I just asked for something with daisies in it, since those are her favorites. It took about 10-15 minutes (so maybe call ahead if you are in a hurry?) but it was so worth the wait. It was a truly beautiful arrangement such that even the nurses were commenting on it. (And they see a lot of arrangements.) My mom felt really cared for and special. They do a great job here! read more

Owners are members of the community and you feel like they really care about your experience when they take care of you. I purchased a corsage and boutonniere for a father/daughter dance. They asked questions about the event, the dress, and catered the flowers to our specific needs. The finished product was fresh, beautiful and topped off a great event. I am very disappointed in the flowers I sent for my mother for Easter. I swear these companies know you are sending from a distance and figure you won't see how pitiful the arrangement is. However, my mother sent me a picture. Of course the picture of the flowers I chose were a box full of yellow roses and lilies and other pretty flowers. What she got was a cheysanthemum, a daisy, two small carnations and a lot of filler. Oh there was one rose that I could see. They must have run out of flowers. It did cross my mind that if I sent a smaller arrangement there might only be one bloom in the arrangement. Needless to say I won't be sending any flowers from there again. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the service of this location. I placed an order at 9am to be delivered to a building across the street from this location. They were not delivered until 3 in the afternoon. Took less than 5 seconds to process my Credit Card, however. I was told the flowers I requested to be delivered would be delivered to a specific person, as well as "that no one else can accept the flowers." They were delivered to a coworker, who then had to call the specified person to let them know the flowers were delivered. Would not recommend this store. Will not ever purchase another thing. I regret that you suckered me out of my money. For over $50 dollars I got a pathetic arrangement delivered incorrectly and late. Take your business somewhere else. read more

I've gotten flowers a couple times from this florist and have gotten a few bouquets from here from my husband. The flowers are always fresh and most often, they last for over a week, some even longer depending on the flowers. I do appreciate how they ask for your price point, but I was a little annoyed that she then went over by 7 dollars. No, 7 bucks isn't a lot, but to me, that meant you clearly didn't understand what I meant when I said 15 bucks! I didn't need all that extra greenery that I actually took out because it was too full in my vase. I will still return to this flower shop because the quality of the flowers can't be beat. I was really impressed with this florist. I blind ordered from an online national company and the order was apparently given to this local florist that I had never used before. In the middle of brutal cold weather I wanted to send my mother in the Avon Rehab Hospital a same-day delivery of a bouquet I selected that was called a "Spring Bouquet" primarily in purples and yellows (although a few other colors) including daisies (her favorite flower), with a glass vase and small teddy bear. I had read that the online orders often ended up with the end product you receive not looking like the photo because the florist might not carry the exact same thing. But they pulled off my request amazingly. It was delivered within a few hours, wrapped very well, protected, with another box around it.It looked almost identical to the design I selected, and I think it was even bigger, very full, the flowers fresh enduring the cold, with a huge beautiful glass vase and adorable teddy bear, also larger than I anticipated. My mother loved it and several of the staff commented that it was beautiful, fragrant, and huge - stuffed with flowers. There were light purple and white daisies, huge light yellow and white roses, purple small lily-like flowers, yellow gladiola-like flowers that had additional unopened buds besides the fresh blooms so it would keep blooming longer, a few accent carnations, baby's breath, and fern greenery. It was arranged just lovely. They left a card saying the company had been in business 140 years. They really seem to care about doing a great job & I would highly recommend them! read more

Delivered the wrong bouquet of flowers. I ordered the best (expensive) tier of a white arrangement in a pretty vase I thought my friend would like, and instead, she got some sort of holiday romance set of roses and other red flowers. A lot of money was spent in selecting what I wanted, and no one bothered to tell me it wasn't even the same thing I ordered. She still got the chocolates, so if you ran out of the materials you had at the shop--at least call to tell me that and give me a discount. Don't bank on me not finding out because I'm ordering from another state and later figuring it out from the receiver texting me a photo. Not cool. read more

I was married in October and I cannot begin to say how amazing the flowers and the service were for our wedding. They made beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. They went to my groom's parents before the wedding to deliver the flowers and make sure everything was pinned on correctly. Then they came to my home and made sure everything was right with the girls. They had extra and made a boutonniere for my brother in law who was not in the wedding. At the church she stayed with us and made sure everything I needed before Mass was in order. After Mass they took flowers from church to the hall and did the cake table and some set-up there as well. She was very helpful when it came to choosing flowers that would make it through a long wedding day. She is realistic about the flowers 'staying' power and let's you know if a certain flower will make it throughout the entire day. The last thing a bride wants us wilted flowers. Very helpful.
