I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. I recently moved into a house and sought out painters for the entire first floor, including the entryway/staircase, kitchen, dining room, living room and kitchen cabinets. From the start, I had a great experience. Randy and his wife came to take a look at the area I wanted painted, and within 24 hours had provided a quote that I felt was both fair and affordable. They got to work soon afterwards. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress, what they would be working on and when, and any other updates. I was impressed that they gave me a timing estimate at the start of the work and stuck to it. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and collaborative, talking me through certain decisions and giving me good advice about color options, sheen, doubts or questions I had, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that they understood the vision I had for my space and that they would bring it to life (which they did!). I could tell they cared about providing great service as well. For instance, Randy went above and beyond to find a very specific, high-quality paint for my cabinets that was hard to come by but would end up with a better, more durable and long-lasting finish. He ended up driving several hours to buy it from a supplier that was out of town, just to ensure it wouldn't be damaged by the cold weather which was a risk if it was shipped. I love the way the finished results look--it's exactly what I had hoped for. I can tell the work they did was great, and they paid attention to so many small details. I've already recommended them to family and friends, and I would certainly work with them again in the future if I need more painting done. You'll be in good hands working with them!

I worked with Ryan, owner of this startup company. Ryan and his crew were professional and meticulous in their work. Prior to even starting the project, Ryan and crew came to my house several times, at my request, to gain the best perspective of what I wanted with the incorporation of new cabinets with my existing cabinets. The team was very flexible in working with my schedule to accommodate the best time to work the project (which included Saturday options). Ryan was very attentive in replying to my text or calls on project updates. The team worked the project diligently with skilled expertise and craftsmanship and took care to seal off the work area from dust and debris to other parts of my home and cleaned the area promptly when done. The materials used were of good quality and the project price was reasonable. Ryan researched best option to get the closest match between new cabinet hinges with existing cabinet hinges.
