Ate here once. Veggies were bland. Chicken leg was stale and not juicy at all, piri sauce was…read moreincredibly salty, I couldn't use it even after forcing myself to continue. (Apparently the bag of sauce wasn't mixed properly before they opened it and portioned into bottles, so the flavor wasn't evenly distributed.) After watching more closely of how the staff and upper management worked, I stopped eating here all together, was just too scared, sorry. It's only slightly cleaner than their other location, probably because they have more spare time as they are not as busy, yet their health inspection scores are still low. Watching them clean, I've seen their staff be careless with their spray bottles and when I point out that a lot of their cleaning solution is landing straight on the food, they laugh and say it's safe because it's non-toxic and continue spraying the food as they clean structural surfaces. I guess it's part of their flavoring lol Barely anyone washes their hands, too much in a hurry to complete orders, they touch everything, and most don't bother using gloves because they're so low quality that they rip easily and they're concerned with wasting money. What tares my heart apart is how this franchise uses millions of small plastic bags everyday to separate individual single customer portions of all their food, then throw the plastic out after each use to stay hygienic, since plastic cannot be recycled. It's an incredible waste of material. Very outdated. Makes me feel like there's no point in recycling at home, when industries are allowed to produce this much non-recyclable garbage. Lower management are overwhelmed and undermine eachother, so the decisions of one shift screw up the next lol (Food poisoning confirmed right before the corona pandemic was official, so no one noticed that their symptoms was just food poisoning from staff here forgetting cooked chicken left on their counter for about 8 hours, then the next shift came and packaged it for consumption). Upper management cannot be bothered and seem swamped with work behind the scenes (paper work). They just don't reinforce anything, they have no qualifications or are interested in learning any, they just want to carry on the next day. They're desperate, and it seems like the franchise head office offer no kind of administrative assistance, or maybe they do but they just can't afford it, so they're on their own. Feels like they're trying hard to hide mistakes to avoid having another location shut down again. Outside rumors the entire franchise itself is dying, which is easy to assume is true when looking here. Chicken that's been cooked in a rotisserie oven, stored in an open heated container as it cools down a little for an hour, then reheated on the grill... just doesn't taste good compared to the real stuff I'm use to. I've had microwaved left over Costco roasted chicken better than this at home... so this is sad and really confusing. Wait, let me be honest here lol I've never liked any of the chicken from any St-Hubert location over the past 30 years lol It's always dry all the way through. This is just convenient cafeteria fast food, which is overly priced since it's quality doesn't beat depanneurs. I think this is a taste you have to be groomed into enjoying... or like those parents who start toddlers off with bland food, and never introduce them to much seasoning as they grow up.

There's a drive through and a decent sized seating area in the main restaurant. For takeout, the hot food comes in a box with a paper dinner plate. The cold food comes on top in a bag. They take credit cards and are fairly inexpensive. The only downside is that the food was fairly mediocre. Not nearly as good as Brook's Chicken in Oneonta.

I always have a breeze ordering food, whether it's inside at the drive through or online orders , they always get everything right and I'm super impressed. Last night I ordered my food for pickup but usually we order delivery and it takes maximum 15-20 min it's amazing! Their online ordering system is quite efficient and super easy to use kudos to their developers. Food: waaw pretty impressive and delicious for a franchise company. I find their onion rings to be one of the best I've tried from anywhere else. They are super crispy fresh and just use a delicious batter that really enhances the rings. Their chicken is always very fresh and delicious it just taste REAL!!ast night I decided to try other stuff on their menu instead of usually ordering their chicken. Their Coleslaw is also one of my favourites it's light and It tastes REAL!!! I feel as most coleslaws have so much added ingredients to enhance the taste and all you are tasting is artificial flavours and heavy sauce that in my opinion ruins the taste.. however, here you know you're eating real coleslaw!! I tried the limited time Fish tacos It was really delicious just wish it didn't have hot sauce as it was super spicy for me. My husband had their chicken wraps and it was amazing.. Overall, Quality is very much taken seriously here. Service, food and ambiance is nailed down to littlest of details they make sure to always get everything I want and order and surprisingly quick. I totally recommend this place if you're in the area and want some gooood Chicken and you're on a tight budget.

This year, I couldn't make it that far from the Montreal area on our trip, so we went to Benny & Co in Vaudreuil with family. Counter service instead of a server, for our group of 8 it was reasonably quick. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and nicely finished, in a typical outdoor shopping center off De La Gare. The chicken was excellent, very similar to Swiss Chalet at it's best & better in my opinion than typical at St. Hubert. The crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, but I prefer regular fries at Swiss Chalet; to each his own. The BBQ sauce was delicious, even though it wasn't the addictive chalet sauce I crave. A dispenser was available if you wanted more. Coleslaw was good, and free refills. Soda fountain for the drinks. In addition to the BBQ chicken most had, others at our table had a chicken club and several poutines. I heard no complaints at all. Play area was popular for the kids.

Yes, I am aware it's a chicken joint but seriously, try it! The menu has multiple different options and you can choose between creamy or regular coleslaw. Always go for creamy my husband said! I ordered the Chicken burger and my husband went with the leg dinner. He said it was worth the wait and the sauce that comes with the chicken was good. My burger was alright but it needed more sauce hence the loss of the star. The service was friendly and was fast. Can't wait to stop in again!

I've been going to this location for many years now as it is a family favorite and is very comfortable for whatever size party you have. I've been holding back on writing a review simply because it IS a franchise but then I realized that good ones should still be called out. My kids all love (and loved for those who've grown up) the "Animalerie" because of the presentation as well as the typical kid-fun animal-shaped chicken nuggets and fries. The rest of the family usually goes for the fan-favourite hot chicken sandwiches or burgers. Personally, I love the Bangkok Salad with chicken. The mixing of flavours including mandarines makes it a wonderfully refreshing meal - and plenty of it! it's a great treat. And, of course, that starter coleslaw is always So tasty! :) I really enjoy this venue and will keep coming back :)

They have a good deal on takeout pizzas, where you can get a large for 11 dollars and an xlarge for 16, with three toppings of your choice. I usually go with chicken and smoked meat, just because at other pizza places they charge you extra for those. Generally the pizza is pretty decent and service is quick. The fried food tends to be more sketchy. A few times I've gotten things that tasted burnt...they might not be changing oil often enough. Poutine is decent though, but avoid the chicken poutine...it was those weird chicken-nugget esque pieces of meat, probably made from mechanically separated meat. I usuallly just go with the normal poutine. My friend swears by the spicy poutine, but the secret is just a sprinkle of cayenne so save yourself 50c and do it at home.

Normally when you call a delivery place less than 15 minutes before they close, the answer you get is something like, "Well... I'm sorry we're closing soon, and we can't take your order!". The even more important detail is that night the weather weather was a fright (icy roads en mass). I would have understood if they had said the roads were too slippery, but they just rocked it. Regardless of both facts, they were able to take the order, and deliver in 30 minutes or less. Reviewer's note: I'm not sure they knew this, but since the power was out for several hours and the roads were a disaster I was pretty stuck. If they hadn't been able to deliver, I would have had a very long night indeed, as I hadn't eaten much all day and used up a lot of energy keeping warm. Compared to people who have little to eat all day, I shouldn't complain, but again under the circumstances they really did something beyond the norm, and it was very appreciated. Thanks again.

Let's talk about the Mexican Poutine which is the one I picked - it's like a fiesta in your mouth! There's crispy curly fries and they loaded them up with nacho cheese and the freshest local curd cheese you ever did taste. And then, hold the phone, they've topped it all off with nacho cheese, tomatoes, bacon, and spicy peppers. A dollop of sour cream with a hint of cilantro brings it all together! Now, the Portuguese Poutine is on the new menu and its spicy chicken, peppers, and onions, and let me tell you,it's not super spicy so you'll be okay but the flavors were all there. The vibe of this place? And hey, even on a Wednesday, this place was super busy!
