The first two times, they called me on the day, letting me know they would not be able to make it. The third time, they completely failed to show up. After contacting Groupon in order to get a refund on the purchase, Sparkle Windows USA redeemed the voucher without my knowledge even though no service was given. Three weeks after Groupon un-redeemed my voucher, they redeemed it once again. The company actively deceives their customers and advise everyone to avoid them.

I came home from work to let them in, and they did not show! And they did not call to cancel. So, I called Sparkle Windows USA, and no one answered. I left a message. I called back an hour later and a woman (Mimi) answered the phone. I explained what happened, and she apologized saying they were overwhelmed with a response to a Groupon promotion they had run. We rescheduled for the following Friday. The next Friday there was rain in the morning. Harris called to cancel the 2:00- 5:00 afternoon appointment because of rain. By afternoon, the skies were clear. In spite of clear skies at my house, once again, I had to reschedule. So, today I came home from work again for the third time. Harris did show up this time by himself (no advanced call) and came into my house only to tell me that he could not wash my windows unless I paid more money. When I said I was not willing to pay more, he walked outside, got in his truck, and drove away. No negotiation. No discussion. He just left. Such deceptive business practices, and SUCH a waste of time and money. Beware! Stay away from Mimi and Harris' Sparkle Windows USA.
