Let's clarify a few things: I booked the semi-deep cleaning service four weeks in advance, and when I requested an upgrade to a deep cleaning on October 24th, you agreed. If you knew a deep cleaning would take longer, you should have scheduled an earlier start time instead of waiting until 1 PM. So don't turn it around on me because i have a hard stop at 4pm! Your explanation about lack of communication due to no cell service doesn't line up either--I reached out, and you responded immediately. As for my reviews, I always give honest feedback based on my experiences. I'm not 'making up stories' or 'gaslighting'; I say it as it is. Your response makes me question if your five-star reviews are as genuine as mine.
