I could go on and on. He takes your money to finish projects before yours then claims we are causing him to bankrupt (but still in business). We had to terminate our relationship so that we could occupy the house before winter a year after signing the contract. Don't waste your time find a reputable builder instead.

We have multiple angles in the parlor, that was getting the crown moulding, and it was the biggest I have ever experienced in the 10 plus years I have been rehabbing homes. I expected Austin and Dave to walk off the job after 2 days of chaos, but I am pleased to say that they stuck with it and kept a positive attitude the whole time (unlike the hubby lol). Dryer vent on sideways, pencil marks on every cut, the back side is very wavy. Also him & his guys went through our tools & some are missing. When questioned about all of this Ron blew up stating our stuff was junk( after admitting they did go through them) and was going to beat up my finance for simply asking questions about the siding & going through the tools. Would not recommend if he was the last contractor on this earth. He needs to find a new hobby!!

It needed to be power washed, scraped, primed, caulked, sealed and painted. This project was not going to be an easy undertaking for sure. After hearing good reviews from a friend, we contacted Ron from TNT Painting and Drywall for an estimate. He came out on site and gave us a written estimate for the work which was very fair and competitive with others that we've gotten. We chose TNT to do the job since the described process was above and beyond what most of the other companies were going to to do.
