I'm addition we had to hang a new chandelier and Juan did that for us as well - removing the old and installing the new! Juan's communication throughout the entire process was excellent, he came day before scheduled job to set up and lay cloth tarps over floors and covered our staircase entirely. His crew was right on time the day of drywall repairs - they spent the entire day plus a little more repairing all the major cracks, nail pops, trim work. The paint crew was the same - arriving on time , being careful about safety, cleanliness and our children (we have two toddlers that were here during the process) Juan engaged in personal conversation, making us feel comfortable and was very friendly - same with the crew that he has. The project was completed and cleaned up in two days and it was A LOT of work. We had other quotes and we felt that Juan was very honest, competitively / fairly priced and again had excellent communication ensuring all his customers are happy. I got a lot of apologizing but no one available to do the work, which has cascaded into negative impact on downstream work scheduled with other contractors on the overall project. To date, no one has contacted me to schedule the original work.

They charged me $2200 to assemble my furniture and told me they weren't leaving until I do. I paid $750 already..which was too much for the job. They never went over hourly rate or pay with me initially. Then they called police on me and lied to the officer to say I wouldn't pay. I paid an additional $400. They also told me after calling police they weren't going to leave my home. These people are vultures. Beware of calling these people. They will cheat you out of money. If I could give no stars I would. They also kept taking breaks and smoking outside of my home and went to my garage. My autistic son has asthma. Never asked permission. Just took complete advantage of me. I was in tears after this.

Additionally, expect the cost to increase as they purchase materials. Everything was fine until I asked for help obtaining remodeling plans so I could apply for a remodeling permit with the county. We hired him to paint all of our house's interior trim white in 2017 - it was an enormous endeavor. He even came back after he was finished to touch up numerous spots. We hired him to paint the rest of the interior of our house in 2019. In 2020, we used him again to paint our house's exterior and to repair/replace some siding. This guy is reliable, and his prices are fair. Most importantly, though, when you hire Brian and his company, you know that the job is going to get done and that you're going to get great work. He's been my go-to painter all these years for good reason!
