I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they…read morehad good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

The only thing missed was the powder room door which my husband and I forgot about as it had been removed prior and was stored temporarily in the garage. As per the apps bidding process, I heard from about 5 contractors that supplied me with estimates. Victory1 was the 2nd lowest price of all the bids and were highly communicative to boot. They were tasked with removing the old wall paper from 2 walls, removing the old brass light fixture and then painting 3 walls one color and 1 accent wall a differ y color. As well, we needed a fan installed and the ceiling as well as around the window trim painted as well. On the day in question, the painter and an assistant showed up and within a few minutes the painting was under way. The painters closed the door and worked diligently. I offered them water a couple times and they left around noon for lunch but other than that they were invisible. About 3:00 or so that afternoon the gentleman let me know they were done. And a beautiful job they did. The painter didn't speak a lick of English, lol. But using a Spanish to English translation app I was able to communicate with him and all went well, The original gentleman I had dealt with through the estimating process popped in on text a couple times to make sure all was well. This company did a really solid job. They were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after themselves when done. I will be hiring them again for my other bedrooms in a few months for sure,

I hired Jesse to repair floating wetbar shelves that had started tilting forward. Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.

Dryer vent on sideways, pencil marks on every cut, the back side is very wavy. Also him & his guys went through our tools & some are missing. When questioned about all of this Ron blew up stating our stuff was junk( after admitting they did go through them) and was going to beat up my finance for simply asking questions about the siding & going through the tools.
