But they have payment options which is nice, and their one of the few offices that works with government insurance. There was one cruel tech, but they fired her pretty fast it seemed because she was in multiple complaints for her cruel behavior. Which made me respect the office immensely. It showed they understand the struggles people go through that lead to teeth issues. They could've probably easily told me dentures, but they didn't. They took their time fixing each tooth, they were always kind throughout, and I am so thankful for all they do and have done. I've noticed some even now with use a numbing gel and then the numbing agent which is nice. I have a high pain tolerance but still, a little less pain in this world ain't so bad! I definitely have had moments when my disorder has acted up there, but they kinda seem understanding of it. They'll give me a second when I'm anxious. They let me pause. They fight insurance for coverage. Now I'm finally making more and will be moving insurance, and be able to afford treatments outside what the government allows, which makes me even more grateful because i know they know what they're doing. The practice uses AI to analyze x ray imagery and 3D imagery of teeth- everyone knows how prone AI is to hallucinations- and relies on that for diagnosis. July I was having pain with a cavity under a filling. I was told they could not repair the filling & they outsourced me to get the tooth extracted. I was also told I would need a bridge. August Tooth was extracted somewhere else. That place told me (as an aside) that it was probably unnecessary. (Also would not recommend that procedure) I trusted Verona Dental in their judgement and paid in advance for the temporary + permanent bridge. October The temporary bridge fell out. I called and left messages asking for it to be reattached asap while we waited for the permanent bridge. I talked to the front desk. I left messages several times. I urgently needed it put back in, and I was told it would be fixed. November I arrived at the appointed time and they were running 45m late. I rescheduled. December I needed the temporary bridge to be reattached. I got in and it was reattached. They said January I would get the permanent bridge. Then the temporary bridge came off -- the very next day after my appointment. I called and left a message about the situation and I did not receive a reply. I should not have to call in again. My concerns should be addressed. I have not received anything close to a resolution. I was told I would have a permanent bridge. Six months later: No bridge. No tooth. No temporary bridge in my mouth. All I have are parts in a bag, and these parts should be in my mouth, not in a bag. $4000 in out of pocket expenses and I have nothing to show for it. I feel I have been incredibly patient. Is this a scam? Disappointed in the quality of service. The lack of communication, the substantial cost. I would not recommend. Zero stars.

When I asked how this could happen despite routine visits, Dr. TJ refused to answer my questions. I was quickly ushered out, referred to an oral surgeon, and later sent a dismissal letter. My oral surgeon was also unable to reach Dr. TJ for information needed for the surgery, even though they were the referring dentist and still my active dentist for 30 days. It's extremely disheartening that doctors can charge such significant amounts of money while providing what feels like inadequate care and accountability.

He always explains everything so clearly, and makes sure that I understand before moving on. That is so rare in healthcare these days. I have already referred a few people there, and they have nothing but positive things to say as well. Long review but worth the read:…read more I was not blessed with great teeth. What's worse, from childhood I was also cursed with several bad dentist & orthodontist who made them worse. After a hiatus of not trying anymore, I decided to give Dr Morrow a chance. My first visit, his only concern was to fix the tooth I came in for. Unlike previous dentist, he did not berate me or spend 20 minutes explaining how this is all my fault. NO. NONE OF THAT. He treated me like a long time patient and completely fixed the tooth in one visit. Furthermore, I've been back several times now and have begun a long journey to repairing what's left of my teeth, and this is the only place I'd ever recommend. ****MOST IMPORTANTLY**** With insurance, my patient cost is far more reasonable than I had anticipated, and they accept Care Credit which makes it easier for the big jobs. Now here's the part that shocks me; recently I had 2 root canals, post (a screw inserted into the remaining tooth) and crowns put in side by side. It took an hour and I had absolutely NO PAIN or discomfort! Listen, I left the office and went straight to DQ for lunch. Not so much as an Advil was needed in the hours or even days after. ZERO PAIN. It's also worth noting that he does everything possible to save a tooth rather than replace it. I would have sworn the 4 teeth he overhauled, were beyond saving and would need implants. He's fantastic.
