We asked Jordan, the owner, to come out and tell us why the kitchen faucet was making high pitched…read morenoises. To our surprise the interior parts of the faucet were needing to be replaced. Cheaper to buy a new faucet. Replacing all the faucet in the house due to the filters all showing the same signs of aging. Filters clogged with black stuff (forgot what he called it). Jordan also drain the sediment of an aging water heater we are nursing into the next year. 45 minutes later it was drained. The water from the filtered refrigerator water no longer had Sulfur in it. I could not taste it before my spouse thanks to my Rx second breakfast.

Came several times and couldn't unclog a simple laundry drain. Tries to tell me my laundry hopped out of a closed washer and into the drain and that's what's blocked it and they can't fix it, after four or five trips out here.
