She's the best. I don't know what to say. The level of care she has for her patience is unmatched.

I should have carefully considered going here after reading Ponnie's review. The front desk…read morepressures you to pay a co-pay regardless if you know your insurance fully covers a women's wellness. I should've requested a bill instead to save me a headache. And if you are a new patient, they submit a separate procedure code to bill the insurance for an office visit. Which states there was a 30 min time period needed on their end to get to know your medical background/history. I received maybe at most 20 mins total of my appointment with little efforts to know my history. Which included a dismissal of endometriosis concerns even when my sister and mother are both diagnosed and the first time meeting this doctor ever. But doctors know best I guess. I was then owed the difference between what I had paid in the office and what was the final bill (which still shouldn't have been charged considering I was only there for a women's wellness exam). A $19 difference. The office manager took her time to even get back to me after having to call twice over two weeks of waiting. Finally, after all that, my amount that was due to me was then reduced even more so by a "card fee" that I had to cover I guess even though it did not state on the transaction or receipt. Did not want to waste anymore time dealing with this office. Just know if you are coming in for an appointment, ask thoroughly what procedure codes will be billed to your insurance so you don't expect any surprises and have them send a bill to you instead of paying up front.

They are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, but the front office and administrative side has been consistently frustrating. The administrative staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They frequently mix up appointment times, give conflicting information, and make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult. They don't use email or an online portal to send updates, test results, or appointment confirmations, which makes it almost impossible to keep track of anything. Everything has to be done by phone, and the communication is often curt or dismissive. Another major frustration is that any time I need bloodwork, I have to schedule a completely separate appointment with a third-party lab instead of being able to do it in-office. This makes routine prenatal care far more inconvenient than it needs to be. I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially since the clinical care from the midwives has been positive, but the front-office management has caused so much stress and confusion that I'm choosing to switch practices. I hope they improve their administrative processes and communication in the future.

I'm no longer her patient since a year ago but I feel like I have to share my horrible experience…read morewith others so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I went to her when I was pregnant 6 years ago and had an ok or cautiously good experience with her but her office manager was not that professional and had a rude manner. Then I continued seeing her during my post pregnancy and postpartum and was experiencing depression and other physical symptoms such as itching badly. But she didn't examine me well or encouraged me to get help for my postpartum and told me "I was lucky to have a child and should be happy". That's not what a patient with postpartum depression needs to hear and get more guilt on top of everything else. For my physical itching symptoms She kept sending me for tests which I ended up paying close to $1500 in lab tests even using insurance and she said I have a rare form of bacteria that doesn't easily go away. So after couple of years of suffering, I finally was fed up and she checked me again and this time she actually checked better and not brief like last times and realized my problem was just a simple skin allergy that went away with an allergy cream in two days. I was also trying to get pregnant again since 3 years ago, and even when I had two miscarriage and during one of them i was in a lot of pain and I called her office emergency line and left messages they wouldn't call me back and only when I called her cell she answered. She kept telling me to just keep trying even though I was over 40 by then and told me she had her kids after 42 and I should just keep trying and checked my ovarian hormones and said my hormones are good and the problem is my husband. We went to a fertility doctor in January and after 7 months of tests and trying all sort of supplements and IVF found out my husband's sperm was not the problem and we just had to go in earlier for help. We got the horrible news that we can't most likely ever have a child again and that I needed to go in right after my miscarriage which most likely damaged my ovarian tubes. I'm going through my grief but I know her lack of professionalism and care for her patients was one of the biggest reasons for this outcome. This is beside her office staff or mostly office manager being unprofessional, rude and unfriendly.
