Understand that the moment you walk in the door they will ask for your ID if you want to purchase anything, don't get mad at the person asking, its a company policy and they are just doing their job. For a fireworks store they sure are pushing a lot of non firework items, dog toys, leashes, political crap, stuff I would get cheaper at my local dollar general. Unfortunately since its a temp/seasonal job a lot of the employees don't know much about the stuff on the shelves, but most will at least try to find you someone who can help you. Flashy retailer. Perhaps the best job at retailing, from the rocket that greets you at the door to the well organized floor. Phantom is worth a visit if you want to see retailing done right. Inventory was well placed, grouped, and aisles were clearly marked with signs hanging from the ceiling (like in a department store.) Pricing was slightly high. This phantom fireworks in Myrtle Beach was pretty good. The A/C wasn't working at the time so it was really hot but it happens so it wasn't much of a big deal. When you first enter, the lady taking our ID didn't look so friendly but I assumed it was because of the heat so I understood. And when we went to check out there were two young lady's, one was training the other and they were so lovely. She had explained that what I got was a buy one get one half off and that I should grab another one. She was great. I will definitely be back at this location! read more

What a joke. Two people working, both useless. We bought some simple, cheap fireworks. They didn't work when lit. We went back to get something else. The lady working there had no idea what she was talking a about. We asked if can exchange for different. Nope. Shitty policy one. Then we ask, for $4 mind you, for refund. Nope. Shitty greed policy two. I get it for normal items, but this didn't work. Faulty product. I ask what if the same item duds again because they all look old and dried out. I am told to return again for same shitty product. I ask if this happens often, and she says yes. I then listen to her try to explain this as if it's her first time speaking.
