I have been traveling the world for the pass two months as a final hoorah before I get a big job to help set me up for my schooling, little did I know that I would be low on money after my long journey around the world. I went up to the register to purchase a shirt, hat, and air freshener. $35 was taken out of my account which was all I had at the moment (which I had no idea). I asked the man helping me if he could cancel my purchase so I could keep my money, he had asked another employee what to do and she said the purchase would have to be finished since the card reader had taken the money and needed the other $13. The man called up staff to the register, and for the few minutes I was waiting, my cousin came up to see what was going on and finished the payment (which I am thankful for). I have worked retail before and I know that the purchase could easily have been cancelled. As happy as I am to have gotten to go to one of these stores, being able to have money in my account would have been a whole lot nicer.

She went on to show another customer every hanging t-shirt in the shop. I approached her a second time and asked if I could just talk to the owner who was standing right there. She explained the dilemma and he looked at me and said "we don't carry that anymore". I said ok I was told I'd get a call back. I spend money in here all the time. I want you to see your product. He then said "do you want me to send you one when they come in?" You're gonna send me a hoody that you're no longer keeping in stock? I said, no thank you I am not trying to reinvent the wheel here but you should know what your product looks like. Ripped after one wear. The owner is not interested in making it right. I'm a 16 so I'm right between average and plus sized. As soon as I walked in Amanda made me feel right at home. I told her I was looking for a bra, she sized me, and then did it again just to be sure. In less than 20 minutes she had me sized, picked out the perfect style, and in the most comfortable bra I've ever worn in my entire life.
