I have been following Chef Champion online and made it a point to stop in today, regardless of the rain, to meet him. I am so glad I did. i'm not sure if it was an off day or if this place has gone down hill since my review 4 years ago…read morebut we came here a few days ago and i was not impressed. the salsa was so watery and bland/tomatoey like it had no other flavors. this time i ordered chilaquiles and there was hardly any red sauce, i'm used to chilaquiles drowning in sauce and these were practically dry like the dish had been sitting out and not made to order. there were some friendly staff when we first walked in but our server was not personable. probably won't return here or at least not this location.
