    Tasty oxtail!

This place is authentic Jamaican food. We are Jamaicans, living in Texas and visiting the area and Gaza, the owner, and his wife needs to come us in Texas. The ackee and salt fish was everything! The festival-fresh and delightful. Our kids had the jerk chicken and cleaned up their plates. My oxtail was fleshy and tasty. You know we will be back! Nuff respect!

The food here is so amazing. It's just a small hole in the wall restaurant with the owner and his wife working (didn't see anyone else). The owner was very friendly, the wife wasn't rude but not overly nice and attentive either. Worst complaint was we felt a little ignored both on arrival and when waiting to pay. But the food.... Oh man, so so good! Definitely will come back and will recommend to others! Wanted the bread pudding, but it took a long time to check out so didn't want to wait longer for the bread pudding. Will definitely get that next time!

I'm just a Haitian girl new to Fort Walton and found a small piece of the Caribbean . I enjoyed a delicious plate if oxtail with rice and peas with steamed cabbage. I had a beef patty as appetizer and enjoyed the fantastic owner share his passion for his business. I definitely see myself returning again.

Stumbled on Caribbean Jerk on Wheels and man are we thrilled we found this gem! If you have ever had Jamaican rice and peas cooked on a coal stove this tastes just like it. The food is tasty and delicious every time. The consistency in the all dishes keep us going back very, very, very often. The jerk chicken is my top favorite followed very closely by both the curried goat and stewed oxtails. The gravies/sauces are well seasoned and always a perfectly good consistency. They have reggae music playing and a jerk pan which stays smoking. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. Call your order in or be prepared to wait for 5-10 mins. ******Location as of this review - 642 Beal Parkway NW, Fort Walton Beach FL******** Food Truck so call before you go

This place hits the spot! The staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered Ackee & saltfish, curry chicken, and jerk chicken. You'll also want to get the homemade fruit juice. No pictures of food because we were so excited that we forgot. Even the kids ate til the plate was clean. Everything was delicious! This is authentic and we'll be coming back for more. If you're in the Fort Walton Beach area, come join us!

Food took a little while, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend and will be back ASAP!

In conversation I learned he previously worked as a chef on a well Known cruise line which explained the culinary excellence. Ambiance was comfortable and inviting and we enjoyed dining there Al be it a really hot day. His people skills are top tier too. The best plantains I have ever had, as a lover of that starch I have had many variations, Chef Champions is the best. Jerk chicken well seasoned and cooked to perfection and not overly spicy! Curried goat had deep layering of flavors that had we wanting more and more. They are opened 24 hours too. Waste no time going to experience this great chef local to the FWB/ Destin area!

Spicy (not too, but substantial) jerk chicken plate with half a chicken served over a bed of delightfully aromatic red beans and rice (unfortunately a bit dry) and a slightly overcooked, sweet piece of corn on the cob. But the star of the show, without a doubt, was the chicken... Beautifully grilled / smoked half chicken, super moist with flavor that lasts and lasts. I have been following Chef Champion online and made it a point to stop in today, regardless of the rain, to meet him. I am so glad I did. The food truck staff were friendly and polite, and chef was outgoing, personable and even stepped out to turn on the outside patio heaters in the middle of the rainy afternoon just for me. Thank you! Yes, we will be bringing the family back because there's so many more delightfully, delicious. Looking things to try.
