This thing called life is very funny, I had been waiting for 3hrs to get my flat tire changed and it was a little unnerving,but sometimes you can miss the sliver lining in situations if you don't listen. Oh my gosh! Thank you!! Let me start at the beginning: It's 4th of July, my favorite holiday. I've got my swimsuit, my beach bag, and I'm ready to roll. I was dreading driving back home, however, due to traffic, but (shrug). I turn the key in the car. Nothing happens. I turn it again, LOL, in disbelief. Ended up watching a series of incredible neighborhood shows in my beach chair in the front yard, LOL. Traffic worries unfounded; truly divine intervention. So I need to get the car to the mechanic the next day. Loved the reviews here on Yelp and loved Tim's website. I just had a good feeling about Tim's so I give a call, she texts me a link and says it's 30 minutes from the time I pay. HE ARRIVED IN 10 MINUTES. I wasn't even dressed yet, LOL! So I quickly get dressed while he loads up the car. It was fun climbing in to the truck and riding around so high up in the air. The driver is so nice, so engaging, easy and fun to talk to, and just very cool! And when we got to the mechanic, he took off his sunglasses and I realized he has BEAUTIFUL EYES. Tim's Towing saved the day! After waiting 3 hours for my insurance provided tow truck that CANCELLED, I called Tim's Towing. They answered right away, gave me a very reasonable quote and an ETA of only 45 minutes. I was able to pay via a safe link they sent me right away and I received a text message immediately after payment that my tow trunk was en route. The driver was there in less than 45 minutes, loaded my vehicle, drove it straight to my mechanic, dropped it off and it all took less than an hour and half. I will recommend Tim's Towing to anyone that needs assistance will always use them in the future. Very professional and reasonably priced with great service and drivers! read more

So thankful for Tim's Towing! Heading home Friday from Hilton Head, we had a massive blowout on I-95 in the Motorhome. After a quick assessment we saw the tire damaged some piping & wiring so a new tire wasn't gonna get us home. After calling all over, Freightliner of Savannah told us about Tim's & even though they were busy and short handed they knew we were stranded so sent the tow truck within a few hours, we were an hr outside of Savannah! The driver was super professional and seemed truly concerned about us and safely securing/towing our RV to Freightliner. Definitely an awful thing to happen going 65 down the interstate but at least Tim's gave us some comfort! Recommend them 100%! read more

My car was towed as a result of someone stealing it, and then getting in an accident. At every step of the way, Tim's Towing was very helpful. I did not know where the car was; you sent me a letter. My only income is disability; you helped me out by waiving storage charges. About 6 weeks later I find out my insurance will reimburse me to the cost of towing, and you promptly pull out the records and email a bill for me to submit to insurance. Getting your car wrecked and then towed is never a good thing, but Tim's Towing and Recovery at all stages was most helpful. Like many people\, I guess, I can be quick to complain when problems arise, but I sometimes don't remember to say Thanks! when someone is most helpful, or goes out of their way to help. Tim's wanted $125 to tow my Mini Cooper from the 516/I16 interchange to Pooler. Hook Towing wanted $75. What a rip-off!

These guys have helped me twice now with a jumpstart and diagnosing a bad alternator as well as today helping me get unstuck from a loose parking block stuck under my front end. Always super helpful, nice, and not badly priced. Definitely recommend!! read more

I called all around today, which is a holiday weekend, and they had the best estimated time of arrival! Only and hour and a half wait, and they weren't upcharging for the weekend like everyone appeared to be. Driver was super friendly didn't seem to mind that he was helping me out instead of spending time at the parade. 12/1/2015 Great service. Had RV Towed by very professional and understanding individual named Chad. Arrived earlier than predicted and had us hooked up in no time. If you have ever had a 42 foot motorhome towed, it can be a very nervous experience but Chad was understanding and created a manageable situation. Would highly recommend.
