Since I wear glasses, I couldn't see the haircut clearly until the very end. When she finished, I realized she had given me a high and tight and left less than 2 inches on top. I asked her if she had left the 2.5 inches I requested, and she grabbed a comb to measure. She then claimed, "you didn't have 2.5 inches," to which I replied, "Then I didn't want the top cut at all." To make matters worse, when she used the comb to measure and tried to mark the length with her finger, she admitted she couldn't even see what the measurement was, which further confirmed the cut was shorter than requested. This experience was frustrating and not what I asked for. I would appreciate better attention to detail and clearer communication in the future.
