Michelle was a pleasure to work with when we booked them for our wedding. She was very responsive and provided clear instructions for template design, set up requirements, etc. She made sure our template was what we wanted and we appreciate the straight forward planning process. However, on wedding day my MOH had to reach out because it was past the time frame they said they would arrive and it was getting close to our contracted start time. Apparently Ramy was driving from afar that day, which is fine but we wished he communicated with us about a potential delay so we weren't worried about a no-show. Ramy eventually arrived and started setting up, and though our wedding party wanted to be the first at photo booth (they knew the start time), sadly it wasn't ready when they looked over. As the couple, we were occupied but want to believe that it was ready shortly after the agreed time. Michelle designed photo strips to match my theme, perfectly, and communicated with me through every step to make sure what I was getting was exactly how I wanted it. Even to the exact placement of every star in the background and size of the font. Photos were printed right after the photos were taken and they printed a strip for each person in the photo. I even got extra prints so they could go in my guest book. all for a very affordable price! Their booths also have filters and do boomerangs and gifs! After my wedding I got a digital copy of every photo so I could see how much fun everyone had. They had great props and even let me bring in props of my dogs since they couldn't be a part of the wedding. My guests loved using the props and all my guests used the booth more than once. It was a huge hit with the kids at my wedding. We had a slight issue with the wifi, but it was quickly resolved and her team offered to stay longer which I was super appreciative of.
