Fantastic place to get compounded medicine and medical supplies. I worked with their employee named Brod and he was fantastic and so helpful. Their storefront in McKinney is very convenient if you need something the same day and has easy parking out front. They also have an online website that can mail orders to you. Their cost on their prescriptions is excellent. I was surprised how affordable they are here compared to CVS, Walgreens and Costco. Great place with outstanding customer service!! read more

My order never arrived after 2 months. They have said it was on backorder and then to contact another supplier if it didn't arrive. Very unhappy with customer service. I was attempting to order insoles. Found some with another supplier and that supplier shipping in 2 days. Will not use Pharma 1 again. read more

3/3/2025 The Pharmacist "Brod" desperately needs an attitude adjustment by the Owner, Tabraiz. Brod demonstrates zero capability of owning up to his mistakes without getting ignited into a temper tantrum and hanging up the phone on paying customers. My doctor will also be writing her review of her experience with Brod. To the owner who is putting in a lot of effort "building his business" try building your team with a very basic understanding. We matter. Our patronage deserves better. read more

From the first day I walked into this place, I could feel that it was a special place. A very West-Coast Feel hit me as I took in all of the streamlined, backlit countertops and turquoise and cool blue spots of color that guided me to my purchase. I ended up here because my naturopath ran out of her stock of a couple of Orthomolecular products and heard this place might have them, and boy, did he! I stepped off to the left and he carries Biotics Research, Xymogen, Metagenics, Life Extension And even some high-quality egg protein I hadn't even heard of. The pharmacist was most helpful and asked if I needed anything that he didn't yet stock, because he wants to stock whatever I'll need. My jaw dropped. He certainly must want me to come back, which is an amazing concept for me, lowly guppy of a customer in this sea ruled by "Big Box" sharks (i.e. Walgreens, CVS, please take a number) after my hard-earned money. I definitely will be coming back, his prices beat the pants off what my naturopath charges AND he tells me there's free delivery! I'm very excited to have found this place. read more

If I could give more S T A R S, I would! Great staff. The pharmacist is so nice and knowledgeable-very very helpful. It is so refreshing to ask questions and be met with answers from someone who thinks on their feet instead of the almost agitating, well, the Dr prescribed this so we are not going to explore options-not this guy, he offered me the thyroid compounding and talked to me about some CBD ointment for myself and treats/oil for my dog, who got sick from products I used on us Dec 2017, we are still dealing with. The store is super clean. Everything is very easy to find. No pressure to by nonsense just to make sales. I bought some Benadryl while I was there and it was within range of what I pay in the big chain store. Love this place!! read more

I LOVE this pharmacy. I am able to get my normal prescriptions filled with my insurance, great pricing on the compound meds that are not covered and they even carry the homeopathic remedies that I had make a special trip to Whole Foods or Sprouts for in the past. They send a convenient text when it's time for refills or when your medication is ready to be picked up but not to the point of harassing like you find with the big chain pharmacies. So glad my doctor's office recommended them. read more

There are still good people in this world! At 6:54 I called this pharmacy frantic because we had just gotten home from the ER after my son had a seizure for the first time. My husband ran out to fill a prescription they gave us to help lessen the possibility of another seizure only to find out it needed to be compounded which is not something many pharmacies offer. My husband said he looked and couldn't find any that were open so I hit the google and the first place that popped up was Pharma1. I was shocked that anyone answered just a couple minutes before they closed, to my surprise it was actually the pharmacist. I explained my situation and he offered to fill the prescription and hold the door open for my husband to drive there to pick it up. On a day that I needed someone to help me out he didn't even hesitate and that kind of customer service is hard to find! He even pulled my sons insurance information up and took the time to offer all the flavor choices they had. It is hard to find people that will go out of their way for a stranger so when you find people that will you have to make sure to shout it from the rooftops! I didn't even catch his name but I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond for my baby boy. Pharma 1 is fantastic new locally owned independent pharmacy in McKinney that fills compound prescriptions. The pharmacist was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable in answering our many questions about CBD products and even came out into the store to assist us with our selection. A great customer experience compared to the chain drug stores that act more like a grocery store than an important part of our health care team.
