The store is dirty and unwelcoming. The pharmacy was closed until 2:00 and I was in a time crunch to get my medications. Someone should stay behind to man the ropes to eliminate this problem. read more

30 min lunch break can be managed without entire pharmacy being closed. At least one staff member should stay to make sure people in need of pain medication can get their stuff during business hours and not having people wait 30 mins for a lunch break. Poor system. read more

Don't bother going here to get any pictures developed. They'll tell you it'll take 2 weeks and they'll call you when they're ready, however it'll actually take around 2 months and they call won't call you. They'll have you calling every so often to check if the pictures are ready and then when they are months later, they'll charge you $30 to get them read more

Sadly they make you choose a star to rate, this should be a minus 5 stars. They never answer their phone, it goes to an automated hold. I was on hold for 40 minutes before calling the manager of the store and she said she's been trying to get them to stop ignoring the phone. I had gotten a text that my prescription had been received a few days prior but no message that it was ready. Normally you get the message and the next day it's ready. I am disabled so when I finally just went see if it was ready the drive through window was closed. It was raining and I had to juggle a cane, my purse and an umbrella, then traipses all the way to the back of the store, because sick people and disabled people need to be tempted with candy and all the other crap the store sells. I get back to the pharmacy and there is a line. By this time I can hardly stand my legs and knees are in so much pain, but unlike some pharmacies there is no chair near where the line forms for a disabled person to sit and wait, nor do they have any mobile carts. I finally get up to the front of the line and the girl went to get my prescription but it wasn't finished. It was a 90 day supply of capsules that I take 3 daily so we are talking about 270 that usually takes three bottles, but only one bottle was filled and whom ever started it just left the rest undone. They did say that two people had walked off the job but judging from the many poor reviews here I'm going to guess this is an ongoing problem. A couple of times before when I used the drive through the guy at the window was just rude. One time he was on his cell phone and refused to even acknowledge me sitting right in front of this face. There was a mix up with my doctor, not CVS fault but I was out of Metropolol and I got a text this morning that it was ready. I needed to make sure the drive through window was open because I have not had my medication in 4 days and I am in Afib right now. I probably shouldn't even drive, but it's just up the street, but of course the automated phone system puts you on hold. Now I need to find out if someone can pick it up for me. I might add that the store manager is very kind and as helpful as she can be but it seems she can't control the imbeciles working in the pharmacy which are dragging the quality of this store down. I will be taking my business elsewhere I can't deal with this incompetence. read more

We fill all of our prescriptions at this CVS location on Eldorado near Craig Dr. The lady that assisted me in the photo pick up area was very pleasant and helpful. Sadly this store is so dirty. The front windows appear as if they have 10 years of grime built up on the outside. The area behind the counter of the photo and film department was full of trash on the floor, empty boxes, and had the appearance of general disarray and neglect. Folks come here to get medicine, health products and the store is just dirty! It has the appearance of a business trying to get by with as few dollars as possible spent on staff and cleaning. read more

Pharmacy has VERY VERY poor customer service! Doctor called to n prescription 3 times and CVS said they don't have any prescription for me then I told pharmacy member that was wrong and told her my birthdate and then she said they had one refill ready after first telling me they didn't have anything. Came here only for passport photos. Walked in and looked confused and a guy in the photo area asked if I needed help. Told him I needed passport photos and he said he could help me. I asked him how long it would take and he said it was a few minutes. I was doing it for my son and he had him stand against the while wall by the ice cream, snapped a few different shots because you can't smile and when you tell a kid not to smile, they smile. He was very nice and patient. I was getting ready to walk the store or find something for my son to do, when he said the photos were ready. Literally took less than a minute. He handed me two photos and showed me the document where it showed that the picture checked all the boxes for passport picture requirements, which he gave me to take with me in case I ran into any issues during the application process. The guy was the one with tattoos (sorry I didn't catch his name!) and he was wonderful with customer service. Thanks for making it so easy! read more

Workers are always understaffed, and the few that manage to stay on have an attitude. Waited 15 minutes on the line just for the pharmacist to cut me off mid-sentence and tell me the medication I was asking about was not available. This place used to be a great pharmacy, it's no wonder they are losing customers to retail stores. read more

The pharmacy is great, but the store staff gets worse and worse. Today I was treated very rudely by Katelyn, at the front cashier. A little class and courtesy is sorely missing with this associate, and having to go down multiple aisles to find a someone to help shouldn't be necessary. When I did find Katelyn she showed obvious annoyance at my request for help, and when I explained my issue with a product, cut me off and said I could listen to her or leave. Wish I could give them -5 stars, my doctor called in a prescription the day before and I went to pick it up and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour which I had to argue with them because it should've already been ready to be picked up, and the pharmacist could hardly speak English like they were fresh off the boat and needs a attitude check. read more

Pharmacy has absolutely no customer service. Switching all scripts to another pharmacy. Too busy to give the vaccine and told me I had to wait 30 minutes past my schedule for the vaccine because it's her busy time and corporate should not be scheduling vaccines during " her" busy time to fill scripts. read more

Well, it comes as no surprise that this pharmacy has a 1-star review even before I post this review. The pharmacy in Mckinney, TX on Eldorado is terrible and has placed My MIL who is in fragile health in a dire situation by sending her prescriptions to the wrong address. I have made multiple calls and visits to this location to make sure all was correct, and they still got it wrong. The pharmacy manager is terrible with customer service and service recovery. The 1-800-shopCVS phone number just re-directs me back to that terrible manager How's that for service. The manager keeps trying to blame it on me yet I can clearly see that the address I have on file for delivery is correct. The manager expects me to wait until UPS can find the critical medications but by then she will be dead or in the hospital! I will be filing a complaint with the TDH against that pharmacy manages license and the store license. I will also be filing a complaint with CMS. I will then file a BBB Complaint. read more

I came in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get my kid's flu shot. There were 2 people before us. We were seen within 20 minutes. The best part was the flu shot was completely covered by our insurance. We didn't have to pay a co-pay. Woohoo! read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MINUTE CLINIC/COVID TEST!!!!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! Unknowledgeable on their own testing materials, improper sign in and wait list. Poor execution on the testing site. Told me she only had rapid and I had to reschedule because I signed up for lab test (per minute clinic recommendation minutes prior) made me drive around looking for another testing site. Said she would take care of me - took care of 4 cars (2 of which drove up after me) and then proceeded to tell me it would be another hour on top of the 2 hours I had been there already. Will NEVER EVER go back and I recommend EVERYONE go somewhere else!!!! read more

We had a presciption for Levaquin. Price at this pharmacy for 30 pills was $313. Then a friend told us about a web app called goodrx. Using tge app we found the same prescription through Walmart was only $35. I can understand a minor price difference but 900%,...that is criminal. Use this web app before you shop! read more

The store is probably great. The pharmacy however is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. I'm in search of a new pharmacy. Tip: you get faster service when you go inside. read more
