I…read moreregularly get Depo administered at CVS Minute Clinics so I was shocked that I was denied a service provided at the Minute Clinic due to a service provider's beliefs. I can understand exercising conscientious objection if you work at a private practice but the CVS Minute Clinic is not that. There was not another provider on staff who could administer Depo for me. Asserting her religious objection to fulfilling her professional obligation negatively impacted my health and access to care. As a medical provider, it is her duty to do no harm yet her refusal to administer Depo caused harm. Medical providers have a responsibility to respect patient autonomy. I have no qualms with her personal beliefs but allowing her beliefs to interfere with her professional duties, as a CVS employee, limits access to care. She should find alternative employment as she expected me to find alternative care.

Showed me how to use it and even stayed with me. To help edit my father's photo. We placed our order and left and expected to come back at 4 PM. But to our surprise, we gotta call an hour early to personally. Let us know that my photos were ready when I got there. I told her how at Michael's they wanted to charge me if the size wasn't right but she said it will be perfect. And if it's not bring it back and I will make sure it's done right and I won't charge you anything. Do not worry. You know what? For the first time in the last 2 weeks planning this funeral. When my insurance changed and I had to go to a different pharmacy for a few years, I was really disappointed and realized even more so how great Brandon and Hadley and the others at this location are. If people are complaining it is because they are complainers. Every so often there is a clerk that is a bit clueless or new, but that is the same thing that happens at Doctors offices. You get a great doctor, but front staff is inexperienced or vice versa. That is life everywhere.

Student pharmacist belittled her and made her repeat herself multiple times, when the poor woman had a simple question (and I, not being racist, easily understood her questions). Wednesday refill request confirmed via text. Called literally a dozen times and never got a human to answer a single time. No way to know if it was actually filled, so waited FOUR DAYS before coming to pick it up. Student pharmacist hollered at me "what are you here for" (without my being able to see her due to their partitions) so I assumed she was speaking to someone else. Basic conversation (not to mention customer service) etiquette suggests she could have moved a foot over to make eye contact and make it obvious she was trying to speak to me. Other CVS locations around the country will lower the partitions when it's close to their lunch time. Not here. Instead, student pharmacist just barked to other customers "we're closed!" With no explanation. Obviously we all get that you deserve (legally and as humans!) a lunch break. But you don't have to be blatantly rude. I arrived 1:25. Student pharmacist retorted with attitude "no, you got here 1 minute before lunch time". Um... no I didn't. You were wrong. You made me wait for the pharmacist to fix YOUR error, not to mention why in 4 days have you not filled a Rx that was ready for refill, which I can't confirm when you don't answer the phone 12 times over 4 days. The store is well stocked with a wide variety compared to my home location. I go to Walgreens specifically for their XOXO cat food with pumpkin gravy. My cats love it, and it occasionally goes on sale. The aisles are very narrow, so it's hard to fit more than one or two people, but it wasn't contested. For you're on the go looking for little items that you don't necessarily want to visit a bigger store for, this is a good place to stop.
