PharMoore knows me by first name and they have always treated me like family. I was in nursing school and they made sure to ask me how I was doing each time I came in. I actually was able to ask the pharmacist several questions that I was confused about when taking a pharmacology course. My favorite moment is a few weeks ago when I was out of my compression socks for work and I was able to run in, buy a pair, put them on in the store, and head off to work!! It was a life saver for me after working 4 shifts straight and not having time to wash my other socks. Due to my hectic schedule, I never call before I show up. They have never been annoyed with me even when it's 10 minutes before closing and they have to fill the prescription. I cancelled my mail order prescriptions just so I could support our local pharmacy. They also help me find coupons for one of my medications. They work hard to make sure I am getting the best price. I get excited about going in because they have cute boutique type items to look at and purchase. I am always thinking of who I need a present for when I am in there. Never boring when I need to wait...btw...I've never waited more than 10-15 min! read more

This pharmacy is the place to go!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have my prescriptions ready on time and give me a call to let me know its ready. I would recommend this pharmacy over any CVS or Walgreens. Great prices, family owned, and great location!!! read more

I've been a customer of PharMoore for many years now. Ever since the new owners came on board I really feel things have gotten better. The customer service is phenomenal which you can't get at CVS or other corporate pharmacies. The folks always have a smile on their face and greet me warmly when I come in. The speed at which they fill my prescriptions is also fantastic considering I normally have a lot of things to do. The cool gifts they have on the shelf really helps when it comes to last-minute birthday items. Lastly, their over-the-counter items are reasonably priced so there's no need to go to Walmart or Sam's to buy those types of items. It's really easy to come on yelp and blast somebody or a business. I just wanted to take five minutes and do something for a pharmacy that deserves it. I have always walked in and been treated like I was more than just a number. The personnel are friendly and even when they are so busy they still take the time to treat you like a small town "old fashion" drug store used to do. I have needed advice and respect what I have been given. When I first moved here from Clayton,Georgia I did the Walmart, Publix trial for a few years and was just a number. I have found a pharmacy that is as good as it gets, small with huge advantages. I just want to tell the entire staff thank you for how you make customers feel everyday. read more

Quick, very personal, and hands down the best pharmacy experience I've had for over 2 years. So, here is the deal. I've received my scripts at more than 6 pharmacies, mainly consisting of the BIG boys. My problem is very simple...it takes FOREVER and is very "enter your rewards card" driven. Phamoore not only gets my prescription filled in less than 4min (if. It already filled with a smile). Not to mention, they always try to make sure I save money and don't pay more than needed. I've even had Chip call the insurance and doctors office while I'm standing there to take up for me and get the best rate. DeeDee make the experience about as personal as you will ever get. I've had horrible customer service experiences here. This pharmacy is very poorly managed, and has constant employee turnover. Cashier is unprofessional, and essentially called me a liar after she lost my prescription. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it finally forced me to shop around, and I found an outstanding compounding pharmacy - Towne Lake Family Pharmacy. It's where I'll be spending my hard earned money, and sparing myself grief from PharMoore's staff. read more

This is the first review I have ever written but I have to say I love this place. I have never had better service at a pharmacy. They are so customer service / customer satisfaction driven, they once told me "we are so behind and busy this morning it's going to be a little wait". It was 8 minutes!!! That's how great they are! When they aren't busy I may wait 5 minutes. The employees and pharmacist are nice and respectful, knowledgeable and happy to see you! You won't get this kind of service at Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens, cvs and Publix. They all make you wait for an hour or more and then sometimes tell you after that wait they don't have your meds in stock! I really can't recommend Pharmoore enough. read more

I have monthly prescriptions, and have always had them filled at either Walmart, Kroger, or CVS. Well, when I had some difficulty getting one of my monthly scripts filled at one of those places, I decided to give PharMoore a try. I had seen them from the road multiple times, and read great things about them online. Needless to say, they did not disappoint! First of all, I like going in to a place JUST for my prescriptions, because I don't end up walking around buying things I don't need, lol! Secondly, it's much more calm and direct, since their main stream of business is filling prescriptions. Thirdly, Chip and Deedee are SO sweet and work quickly and efficiently! The 2nd time I came in, Deedee welcomed me in with a smile and was so pleasant to chat with. She asked me about things I had mentioned to her when I first came in and that blew my mind, I am so glad I switched over to PharMoore Pharmacy from one of the big companies! Thank you! read more
