Took my 08 Silverado in for a bumper claim. I have called Mo about 8 times over the last 10-11 months for an update since MPI says responsibility is on him. He does not call back and if I do catch him he has no information to offer. Any potential disputes he may be having with MPI aside, there is no excuse for his lack of communication. If you need auto body work, windshield repair or tinting, don't go anywhere else! Mo and Roger run the best shop in town. I've now used them three times after 2 no-fault accidents and a windshield replacement. Third time's a charm and time to leave a review. They arranged my courtesy car/rental, called to keep me updated and returned my car in spotless, better than new condition. The service is incredibly friendly and they keep you in the loop so you know exactly what's going on. They also arranged the tinting on my car while it was in the shop. They use the place across the street, AutoStripe which I'm extremely happy with. Mo was happy to help with making his shop a one stop for all of my needs: auto body, windshield repair and tinting. I found the owner is really helpful. First time, I visited the store as the window needed to get fixed and it went very well. Afterward, I went to the shop again as I got some scratches on the front bumper. He tried to use damp cloth to wipe them off and polished that area as well and then they looks better so he suggested me that I don't have to fixed them as they are minor and wont get rusted. Took my Tiguan to have my rear door replaced and excellent job! The service was friendly and the detail when I got my car back was amazing! My vehicle looked and felt brand new again. Just for a door and I get a cleaned, detailed car. Hopefully I don't have to see these guys again, but if I do, I will come back in a heartbeat! WARNING don't take your car to this shit hole, they have dumb kids that don't know what their doing had my car there to fix claim for over a month when I got it back clips on doors were missing, door moldings coming off which was not installed properly over spray on trunk, scratches on paint, moldings crack, all old damage they say which was a lie, bad work they did on one side, not even with body, bad paint job, paint started to peel after a month this place need to hire real cert workers not kids that are tearing apart cars and don't know how to put it back together what a bunch of fuckin idiots morons read more
