The next day, we were so fortunate to find DECO on Berry St. They were able to find a replacement windshield within 24 hours, replace the windshield, vacuum the car (glass all over the front seats) & obtain a rental vehicle, as they needed a few extra hours the following day to complete the job. All of this, on a Friday & Saturday morning! The service people, from the front desk to the technicians in the back, were incredibly attentive to our situation (we were heading back to Alberta). After about 8 months, I noticed a hairline fracture in the chip repair so I took it back to Speedy Glass. The Manager said it was probably that the glue had contracted a bit but he happily took it back and re-repaired it for free. Something I didn't know at the time was that they have a life-time warranty on all repairs! After he re-did my window the Manager asked me about the little scrapes all around my Jeep and offered me a very reasonable deal to fix them. I gladly accepted. They did a fabulous job! I was the first one at this location to have this done. One spot is still needing repair and when I pointed it out, they immediately said that they would get that done after Christmas. Highly recommended, a can't be beat warranty on your glass and small damage repairs in one spot!

The whole right side of my car was smashed in so the passengerside doors didn't work, nor the container for the windshild wiper water was broken, the lights on the passenger side and the blinker was broken also. UUGGG (If I haven't said that before). Rueben gave me a call and asked me to bring in the car. They wrote up what needed to be repaired. I waited in the front room. When CJ told me he was ready - I went back and he had somehow made it possible to open the doors, showed me how to live with no window water. I had no expectation whatsoever that they would be able to quickly fix the doors so we could use them until the car went back for the full repair. Rueben called to confirm the repair date in June. When I drove in at 10:00 am all the paperwork was ready!!! Get that - the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The whole turning over my car took maybe 8 minutes. Then he called me about 10 days later to say the paint was drying and I could come the next day. My car was sparkling!! Both the inside and out. THE INSIDE too!!! I have been driving my car - now for two weeks. I have had NO - Zero - ZIP problems since I received it back!!! I have waited these two weeks before I wrote a review in case there was a problem. My appointment was for 12noon but I wasn't seen until 12:30pm. They told me to come back in an hour so I did, and when I got back at 1:30pm I again had to wait an additional half an hour. When the mechanic finally explained what was wrong with my car he was EXTREMELY condescending! Saying things like "Do you understand what I'm saying?" and "Do you know what that means?" I took my car and left. A few days later, they called me back saying that I needed to bring my car in AGAIN before MPI can work with them because they didn't take enough pictures of the damage. The only good thing about my experience was that they washed my car and reinforced my license plate because it was loose. I will be going somewhere else to get my car fixed.

They don't give you any information so when I had to ask they give attitude because it bothered them that I did not already know. I spoke with a manager about them who was kind. Was late for work, so I told everyone my experience but also to not to go there to avoid this unpleasant experience. Someone else said they had the same when they went.
