We used the shooting range and both of the guys there were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We tried out a couple of different handguns and they both were able to speak to the specifics of each and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. We also spent time at the gun counter speaking with two other employees, one about guns and one about sites, and they too were extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking to shoot and/or purchase a firearm I would highly recommend this place!

I'll explain my orders from them in the past and let you all decide. I really like buying from small businesses, more so when they manufacture their gear here in the United States. So before making larger purchases, I like to make little ones and see how important my small order is. I ordered a call sign patch, now I am not in the military but some of the clients at the time were either supporting the U.S. military or the guards at facilities I was testing security at were. The call sign patch seemed like a little extra CYA for IFF. I know where AWS is located and gave them the heads up this isn't a priority order given OPTEMPO. This was probably my first mistake, I placed the order and my money was in their account, and after about a month, nothing comes back, phone calls go unanswered, radio silence. The middle of month two, I get a package from AWS and its not my call sign patch, its a beret flash for an Israeli unit, call AWS and they apologize for the error, their client in Hawaii has my call sign patch, can I please ship this back to AWS and they will ship my call sign patch ASAP. Pay the money (out of pocket) to ship this beret flash USPS Priority mail back to AWS, and wait, and wait, and wait. The third month almost comes to a complete end and a little envelope from AWS arrives in the mail. No discount for shipping their beret flash back, no spare call sign patch, no note apologizing for the delay. They couldn't even follow all of the directions of what I wanted, I can't ding them down to a one-star review, it did its job until I could find another vendor who given the exact instructions as I did for AWS turned the order around in two-weeks. With this in mind, would you feel good spending $2-25K for gear to deploy within three weeks when they can't get a $30 order right?
