As an online instructor for 8 years, with over 10,000 hours, I empathize with technical and administrative obstacles; When an established pattern emerges, professionalism and competency is logically questioned. Technical Issue Excuses - Feedback is not in a consistent timely manner - voicemails/emails unanswered for days - Wi-Fi down in entire company so no " landline" phone call and all employees not able to use their own cellular service. If at any point contact is finally acknowledged and acted upon, the same excuses apply, and or another cancellation of an establish meeting weeks in advance. My Feedback Clarity Solutions After having a meeting over this issue, I crafted my own template, a shared editable Google Doc, that broke down the following. This is emailed weekly on my behalf. - likes and dislikes for each weekly website revision - date of most recent revision with the link embedded Supply My Own Teaching Zoom and Google Meets Links After missing another meeting, yesterday July 3, I requested a zoom link in advance that same date to avoid these consistent issues. - No meeting link supplied for next meeting July 5th - I supplied my own teaching Zoom and Google Meet link on July 3 Moving Forward I've decided to end my business relationship with Web Iconix and request some form of a refund once offices reopen July 5th. I will update this review to illuminate their process. Refund Process The manager evaded and shunned my dissatisfaction with his professionalism, project status, and my request to resolve the matter with other staff in the following manner. Instead of acknowledging my experience with Web Iconix, he attempted to "bait" me into arguments with his dismissive and polarizing language. -Texts: paragraphs of messages venting with dismissive language - Texts/Email: Promise to arrange other contacts outside of him ( No action) - Texts pushing for the continuation of project ( Despite stating no) ** No action on said promise.** ** No calls or emails returned from Texas or California Office**

My experience with Jesse Deleon as a webmaster and host for my website was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!…read more When my website had an error message, and Jesse advised me to upgrade my software to avoid those error messages. His upfront charge in November of 2014 was $300 to install the new software that was going to correct future error messages. His company performed their recommended upgrade which apparently was NOT COMPATIBLE with my shopping cart. His webmasters could not figure out the problem in 8 WEEKS TIME and he hired another webmaster who charged Jesse and Inmode $550 for their services which were completed some 3 weeks later. By the time my shopping cart error which was caused by the software upgrade was FIXED it was early January some 3 MONTHS LATER. My company which has been in business for over 16 years LOST WEBSITE SHOPPING CART SALES of OVER $3,000 during the critical Thanksgiving and Christmas period. During this period I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED my ADMINISTRATION ACCESS in order to move the hosting from Jesse and Inmode's control. Finally, JESSE and INMODE CHARGED ME ANOTHER $550 which was in my opinion, extortion in order to receive the C Panel access information necessary to move my hosting away from the control of Jesse. I was compelled to pay the $550 bill in order to regain control of my business. The reality was that Jesse and Inmode Interactive was billed $550 to fix the problems that Jesse and Inmode created. I would absolutely warn anyone or any company from doing business with Jesse and his company, Inmode Interactive. In my opinion, JESSE IS DISHONEST and simply does not provide the customer service that is required by any company that I am aware of. BEWARE!

One star is still too generous for this dishonest shop. I wasted $200, and my phone ended up in…read moreworse condition. Initially, we agreed on a price, and I dropped off my phone, expecting it to be ready in a few hours. By 5 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I texted the guy, and he said he was still working on it. At 7 PM, I went to the store, but he was nowhere to be found. The next day, I returned, and the guy asked for an additional $40. Since my phone was already there, I reluctantly agreed. When I picked up the phone at the end of the day, it had a new screen and seemed fine. However, the next day, I discovered the camera wasn't working when I tried to scan a barcode at a gas station. I returned to the shop, and the guy "fixed" it but cracked the back cover and asked me to come back in two days. When I got home, the camera was broken again. I went back, and the guy still didn't have the cover and couldn't fix the camera. He even claimed my camera was broken before, which is absurd, given I had been using it for years without issues. Additionally, there was a big gap between the back cover and the phone, allowing dust and water to get in. He blamed this on the battery. This guy not only took my money and damaged my phone but also treated me like a fool, offering excuse after excuse. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Avoid this shop, and please report them to the Better Business Bureau if you encounter similar issues.
