They work with me to get an exact idea of how the prints should look from colors to cuts and sizing. Once I made my initial deposit I went home. They told me it would take a few days to get them done. Immediately after they emailed me to approved the design to have it printed I received a phone call less than 10 min later saying my order was ready. All I could say was damn that was fast. Thinking to myself I bet those prints look like trash. When I got there they showed me a few examples and I can say I was more than impressed!! The printing was top quality and the cut outs were precise and very sharp. I can say when I design something and need it printed this is where I'll be.. The statement showed an account number, an invoice number and due date along with service description. NOWHERE does it say advertisment or "This is not a bill". When I attempted to call the company, the voice recording suggested I submit an email service ticket and when I waited to leave a complaint I was transferred to a voicemail with an outgoing message indicating a private number with a full inbox. As the operator of a funeral home, suffice it to say I wish these people were my next clients. These scams have no place in business and some may fall prey to this predatory and misleading tactic.
