Dr. Golomb is the best at explaining everything and has a wonderful bedside manor. Very Knowledgeable and caring, I have even received calls after hours to give me information. The staff are friendly, kind and patient. Almost like family. They are now Riverchase Dermatology but still the same impeccable service. Also, the office is closed on Friday but not a biggy for me. So if you are in Pinellas County and need a dermatologist this is the place to go.

He saw me several times after that for other issues, including full body scans, and never mentioned the lesion again. A plastic surgeon whom I saw in August 2021 on an unrelated issue was alarmed when he saw the lesion and warned me to have it biopsied right away. Having lost faith in Dr. Golomb, I saw another dermatologist who did the biopsy and subsequently diagnosed me with a large basal cell tumor. He removed it using Mohs surgery and performed the associated reconstructive surgery. However, I will still have permanent scars due to Dr Golomb's failure to diagnose me in a timely fashion, allowing the tumor to grow large. He is obviously incompetent and should be barred from practicing. I would give him NEGATIVE stars if this rating system permitted it. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

I've been getting xeomin here with Dr. Mira for just over 4 years now which honestly says a lot…read morebecause I'm not someone who trusts just anyone with my face. She somehow manages to keep me looking refreshed and lifted. I caught Dr Mira off guard at my last visit when I told her I was ready to mix it up and throw some filler into the mix. We discussed what I was looking for and a realistic and affordable way to achieve those results. I said make me so hot that these guys start leaving their wives she said say less. We did Radiesse to sharpen and contour my jawline so it looks like it can cut glass but in a feminine way and also added half a syringe of Juvederm Volbella filler to my lips for volume and those pesky lines. To top it off Dr Mira did Xeomin for my TMJ, little brow lift and my neferetitis. let me tell you GIRLLLLLL Dr Mira ATE with suggesting adding nefretiti xeomin, that + radiesse = flooded DMs and heads turning every time I walk into a room. I am really happy I found Dr Mira when I moved here a few years ago. She is honest, incredibly talented, affordable, and keeps me looking natural. How natural are my results you ask? Well, my highly critical mother and sister obviously noticed but they actually complimented me! Lastly, I love that Golden Glow carries all my favorite skincare brands. Thank you, Dr. Mira for the confidence boost!

I really liked her. Why aren't there any reviews yet???…read more Pros: she respects the patients' time. My appointment was for 2:30 & I was called back within 10 mins. Her nurse has EXCELLENT bedside manner. This appointment was for an annual skin cancer screening...the kind where you have to wear the fancy paper robe. As uncomfortable as that can be, I never felt awkward with the nurse or the doctor. (Don't start sweating, this is totally optional but I highly recommended everyone get checked for skin cancer on a regular basis, it's too easy to miss until it's too late!) She doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. There was no pressure for me to try a chemical peel or buy their special cleanser etc. Just the facts. She offers late hours! It's only one day per week but I love the fact that I don't have to take time off work for an appointment. I booked a follow up for 5:40pm. Perfect!! Con: you can only talk to the doctor about 1 specific reason per appointment. It's how she stays on schedule so I completely understand. But at the same time if I wanna say, "hey doc can you help me with this issue" you have to schedule another appointment. I'm really ok with that tho because I'd rather not spend an hour in the waiting room because someone came in with a grocery list. I already recommended her to a coworker. If you're in the market for a new dermatologist, try her out.

I said it was urgent and asked to speak to someone other then the receptionist and they would not let me speak with anyone else. I asked for a call back and they were very rude and unprofessional to me so I asked for the Doctor's email which they would only give me a general email. I have never received a response yet and do not believe they would be so rude to a new customer. I am a busy CEO running a large business and would never treat a customer this way. I have been going to dermatologists for several years and I'm blown away by the lack of professionalism. - Adam M.

Then got called for payment the day before, stating they would cancel the appointment if unable to complete that within 24 hours of the notice. What? OK, not what I understood about a credit card being authorized with those forms, but sure. By the way, can I get a copy of the service detail or included expectations with what I'm paying for? Very uncharacteristic of an invoice or bill containing items of value to not be delivered. Have not been to this place, seen the facility, met a person, or most of all - speak to the service and digest included with what (I think) I'm looking for. Felt pretty awful like a shakedown for being self-pay, when I did all the steps, filled out the forms, and authorized my payment on the portal. Asked 3X for the invoice/Bill copy I was making payment for, to no avail. Two transfers later, my appointment gets canceled by a "manager", and my promise, for a callback from administration went unanswered. I followed up the next business day and a transfer later I was narrated a very entitled remark from Harvey stating to choose an alternate provider. They didn't want to hear any feedback about the original outbound call, and made reference to nothing other than the escalations transfer request. Very clear clique protect protecting their own behaviors instead of taking feedback and showing compassion. Only not leaving a 1* because the workflow systems and appeal were both there, but the people and the professionalism were not. Great job, listening to audio recordings and not being able to get any feedback or understanding from timelines, milestones completed, and compassion. Zero stars to you.

My friend and I both went to this office for years and now both of us can't get our prescriptions filled without calling multiple times to remind them after our appointments. I'm a patient. I had an appt on 12/16/25, I was suppose to be seeing Dr Hanrahan on that day,…read moreinstead they assigned Dr Vishal Panchal. He told me that Dr Hanrahan is retiring in 09/2026 and only comes in 2 days a week. What was I suppose to do? So, of course I accepted Dr Vishal Panchal. He knows me 5 minutes and dictates how I should be living my life. I'm 70 years old. I listened to him and then I shutdown after his 10 minute speech... Let me start with my blood test results. The test result shows I have a urinary issue. At that time I had no symptoms, so he wouldn't prescribe anything to clear it up. Big mistake. I had symptoms about two weeks later. I called the office and the message said contact my pharmacy and I did. I had to call the office again because they hadn't responded to CVS. I never got that prescription and I ended up getting an over the counter solution...That's not the worst. The worst is I have been on Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg for 90 days per my insurance company because it's a maintenance drug. Dr Hanrahan personally prescribed the medication for my high cholesterol years ago. It's due to be refilled with -0- refills left. I contacted CVS so they can contact Dr Hanrahan's office and again no response from her office to CVS. Then, finally they gave me a 30 day supply with no refills...Yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2026 CVS sent me a text and an email informing me that, "your prescriber has not responded to approve a 3-month supply for Rosuvastatin and that I need to call my prescriber. I need that prescription. I have a 3 pills left and then what. Dr Hanrahan what has happened to you. You ignore my request, you ignore CVS request. What do I do now??? What do I do in three days??? Let me tell you what I've tried to do. I found a new primary care Doctor. Unfortunately, I can't get a new patient appt until July 15, 2026 which I scheduled. I tried to get my medical records on your patient portal, however, it doesn't recognize me as a patient... In three days, I will suddenly be off of my Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg, prescribed by you. You and the other two Doctor's, in your, yes still your office until Sept 2026, should be ashamed of yourself for not prescribing a much, needed medicine. I'm 70 years old and should not be in this shameful situation. Shame on you and your practice.
