She really helped me find the products that I needed, and she was patient with me too as I'm not well versed in face creams etc. There is no pretension here! I went into radiance not sure what i was going to do. Nicole was great at taking me through cool sculpting process and what would work best for me. She also referred me to Dr. Goodman, who is wonderful. I felt comfortable and they took great care of me. I just got cool sculpting and waiting to see the results. Cellafina- cellulite treatment. The establishment is clean. The staff is friendly. However, with regards to having an important follow plan and a pre-surgery game plan for after the treatment this location has devastated me. Let this be a warning to anyone that is thinking about doing Cellafina, to please talk with real people that have gotten it done. Do your homework to know what all the cons may look like. I went in too blindly and too trusting and it has ruined my life. For me, the actual divots from cellulite may have been lessened but there was a domino affect of tissue or whatever has moved around that has worsened the appearance of divots. It is not necessarily cellulite but a distortion of the skin or what is going on under the skin. In addition to this, I suffered a lot of trauma to my legs with skin discoloration which I still have. The scarring from the incisions. Plus, broken blood vessels that were not there before. But, here is why I would never refer anyone to the Bellair Bluffs location. They dropped the ball. And not only that, have added insult to injury. First off, there was no conversation prior to or at my 2 week follow up that if there were any repercussions from the surgery that Radiance Spa would remedy these issues at no charge. I had deep, intuitive fears about my decision and what I saw on my legs, thighs and butt. I expressed them very clearly with a look of doubt and fear in my eyes. I was told that the doctor who did the surgery would definitely follow up with me and go over some things. She NEVER did. And in the midst of tremendous worry over what I had done and the disappointment that I just spent $5,000 and I wasn't even worth another call from Radiance Spa to see how my progress was doing. It was not like they weren't told about my concerns. I had no choice but to do as much research as I could to find solutions to repair, mend and restore what I could to have legs that weren't hideous to look at. I will never set foot in their business again. I honestly wish I never did the surgery. It has been a long, expensive and emotionally devastating journey which I am still on. I got the treatment in July of 2017. I had to start special massages, cupping, electromagnetic treatments to just breakdown the trauma and to help with the discoloration. I since then have gotten Sculptra ($900 a vile) to help fill in the divots. I also have had laser. I will be doing more laser, and still need to look into fillers for this. After that is done, than to Scalero to help with the broken vessels. I gave my feedback to Radiance Spa a couple of months back to educate them on what I have gone through so that they might save another person from this tragedy. I also let them know that they did not have a proper game plan for any potential mishaps. There was NO discussion that I might need some additional fillers or other types of treatment. There was no discussion that I might need laser to reduce the scarring and discoloration of skin from the trauma. There was no discussion about really making sure to use a special scarring cream to reduce the appearance of scarring. When I told the owner about this, she indicated that it's just common sense that if you want nice skin, you should be using good creams on your skin. It was just another attempt to side step the real blame. I have talked with other medical professionals since this treatment and they have all agreed that a specific scarring cream would have helped a lot with what I now have on my legs. And while they offer options to be awake or put under, they downplayed the level of pain tremendously. And, the words "minimally invasive" seems like a far stretch once you've been through it. I was not offered any type of financial compensation for all of the thousands of dollars I have spent to fix this. I was told that they are so sorry. That I can come in and they can do services for free with them. I would rather not. They were not there they way they should have been the first time around. I will not give them a second chance. There's too much distrust and pain that can't be taken away. The best thing I can do is take ownership that I did not do enough research about Radiance Spa's track record with Cellafina. And the other part is to advise any person that is thinking of going through Cellafina with Radiance Spa to get real before and after photos of more than one client. And to have it in writing what type of game plan they have for post-surgery to treat mishaps caused by the surgery. Thank you. Best of Luck on your Journey. read more

I don't even know where to begin, so I'll start by saying this was my fist time getting botox. I have never had any procedures done at a med spa before, but I have had many consultations throughout Pinellas County for botox. My main concerns in finding the right place were making sure botox is used (you'd be very surprised at how many businesses switch your botox for Dysport and charge you the higher price!) and used properly to avoid drooping if the eyes, along with feeling informed and comfortable with the staff and procedure. Radiance exceeded my expectations. Each staff member is very educated and knowledgeable about their specialty. All of the details were discussed prior to the injections, and all of my questions were answered honestly. I felt like the staff truly cared about my overall experience. I will be honest with you- Radiance prices their botox a dollar more than most other practices, but it is SO worth this small price difference. Not to mention, the interior is beautifully decorated with comfortable lounge beds and waiting room. I am so thankful I found this place. read more

I used to live up in that area and went to this med spa about at least a dozen times. It's a beautiful spa. They have a lot of services and at the time I felt the prices were fair. Here's my problem and it's a big problem. Their sales tactics are the worst I've ever experienced in a setting like this. Stephanie who was usually at the front desk when I checked in and out would tell me I need to have my crows feet treated. Um, no I don't. They don't bother me and I'm not interested in botox. I wasn't there for that service. It was insulting. To make matters worse, Tiffany, (not sure if she's still there) who did my microdermabrasions would tell me stories during my service about her much older boyfriend and follow it up with how she has so many clients getting all these other services because they're afraid their husbands will leave them. EXCUSE ME? It was clearly her sales pitch and not a fun relaxing experience and I stopped going because of this. There was also a girl with dark long hair who did some laser hair removal for me (wish I could remember her name) but she was super sweet and didn't pull these games. read more

I have been receiving services at Radiance Medspa for several years and I wouldn't consider having any of those services performed anywhere else because I not only enjoy my visits to Radiance but I always leave informed, satisfied, feeling better and more confident. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. Often times I schedule an appointment in the middle of my day and I am always pleased with the timeliness of my service provider. On my initial visit, I was nervous and Christy reassured me by explaining that we could start with less and always add more later if I wished. I've also inquired about services and have been told it is not necessary for me. I've never had an experience at Radiance where I've felt as if they're trying to"sell me" on anything. I also enjoy that they keep precise details as to what services I have done so I know those services are always consistent. Radiance offers monthly promotions that are a great savings to their customers and have a wonderful referral program to reward customers that send friends and family in. I have never written a review before but felt I needed to for this. I purchased laser hair removal for my daughter who is 24 for a Christmas gift. I had mine done there a few years back and was satisfied with the price and outcome. The price included 9 treatments, which I used and needed all nine. When I paid for my daughter's they said that it included only 4 and when I told them that mine included 9 they said that she should only need the 4 and if she needs more it would only be around $100 per area. She has paid about $1000.00 extra for two extra treatments and is not sure if she is done. Very disappointed and felt that we were taken advantage of. read more
