Phoenix investigations hired my firm to conduct surveillance in the Ohio area. The investigation was conducted surveillance photos and videos were provided and I paid out of pocket over $1,300 only to be stiffed on the bill. If you are a private investigator do not do business with this organization. I offered to Discount the invoice in order to resolve the matter. I've been in this business for over 40 years between law enforcement and Investigations and have never been stiffed by a private investigator. I am very dissapointed. read more

Not licensed in Florida! No local offices. They sub out the work and you pay twice. Rather use a local Investigator that knows the area and i pay once. $2000 a day for 8 hours is crazy most PI's I called charge way less. Attached is the $1500.00 fines they have received from State of Florida. read more
