They are both super patient with my boys and awesome teachers. Patricia works the front desk most days and is super welcoming. Allen is the owner and there most days. He is such a nice guy. I can see that he really cares about building his programs and his students. There are adults as well as teens that take the kickboxing class. Additionally, there are jujitsu classes, ranging from toddlers to adults. And it looks like they just started teaching a HIIT class as well. It's such a wonderful community of people. I'm so happy I found this place.

During our court day there were several other people being sued by Foster's for breach of contract. Jay Foster seems to pray on single mothers with his dubious contracts. He also uses these dubious contracts to feed his wife's collection agency business. The whole thing is an outright SCAM! Beware and stay away from Foster's! He teaches kids how to deal with their emotions of fear and anger, anxiety. I've watched very timid children come in and with in weeks they are laughing, kicking, punching and screaming their Kia's and excited about their first belt test. Friendly staff, both indoor and outdoor equipment and lots of options to get in shape. Only downside is the changing room/locker room (for guys at least) smells like pure ass and funky feet. So if you are a guy and workout hard, head home to get cleaned up unless you have a strong stomach...lol.
