They are both super patient with my boys and awesome teachers. Patricia works the front desk most days and is super welcoming. Allen is the owner and there most days. He is such a nice guy. I can see that he really cares about building his programs and his students. There are adults as well as teens that take the kickboxing class. Additionally, there are jujitsu classes, ranging from toddlers to adults. And it looks like they just started teaching a HIIT class as well. It's such a wonderful community of people.
