She then created her own studio (I'm so happy for her!!) and has made it the most comfortable, beautiful eyebrow studio I've ever been to! The need to pay a deposit within an hour was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. I didn't see the text asking for deposit, which came after the text confirmation of the appt - as I was in a meeting. The original appointment time is no longer available. The complete lack of effort to reach out if a deposit is needed before giving away a confirmed appointment time is concerning. I wouldn't trust this location, as the communication and professionalism is poor from the outset. I don't feel like they would take the time or effort to ensure their staff is trained properly to do any other services.

I had a very disappointing experience with a stylist named Alesya at this salon. She initially…read morelightened my hair and did highlights I spent $450 and half a day there. On my next appointment, she completely darkened my hair, the opposite of what I wanted. When I kindly asked her to fix it by simply adding a couple of lighter strands on the sides, she refused to correct her work and then blocked me. I do NOT recommend this stylist if you don't want to end up unhappy with the results. Very unprofessional experience.
