The need to pay a deposit within an hour was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. I didn't see the text asking for deposit, which came after the text confirmation of the appt - as I was in a meeting. The original appointment time is no longer available. The complete lack of effort to reach out if a deposit is needed before giving away a confirmed appointment time is concerning. I wouldn't trust this location, as the communication and professionalism is poor from the outset. I don't feel like they would take the time or effort to ensure their staff is trained properly to do any other services.

On my next appointment, she completely darkened my hair, the opposite of what I wanted. When I kindly asked her to fix it by simply adding a couple of lighter strands on the sides, she refused to correct her work and then blocked me. Because of this situation, the worker keeps contacting me asking about his money, which should have been handled by the employer directly.
