I had asked her about parking situation, available garages, etc. prior to the 2-day class and made it seem like it was not a problem. 3.5 hrs driving into Brooklyn, only to find all parking garages are completely full, no metered parking and drive around for over an hour with no valid on street parking in sight. I had to turn back around and drive another 3.5 hrs back home. She did not even say "let's use your deposit towards another future class" or "Let ne refund your deposit gif such an inconvenience " I found her to be greedy and not understanding of the situation at all. You also need to bring all of your own supplies. Meaning not just your machine but pigments and needles. So be prepared to carry everything from your work into Brooklyn, walk a distance and lug it up mara it's to a studio without an elevator (which I also inquired about). Sign up at your own discretion. I rarely leave bad reviews but feel the professionalism could have went above and beyond. If she was willing to send a deposit back I most likely would have visited for other trainings. Seeing some of the reviews now I am noticing it may not have been a great idea.

She will also make suggestions based on her expertise. The process itself doesn't hurt too much- the pain is tolerable ! Numbing cream is applied before and in between the process as well. Mish makes sure to listen to your concerns about pain. I got ombré powder brows. Mish also does microblading and combination brows ! Careful after care instructions were given. Everyone's healing process is different - mine took a full 14 days to fully heal. I am about 2.5 weeks post first session and I love my brows! The end shape turned out great and there is a soft powder natural look. Great for my every day brow look and saves me time in the morning and I get to snooze my alarm an extra 5 minutes :p The location is in midtown east inside Rich Bich clinic. Nice and clean facility. I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. I have attached photos for proof and I hope you all trust my review and find a better place to get your lashes done.
