Prior to coming here I was at another barbershop for about 3 years, but wasn't happy. This place knows exactly what to do with my hair and how I like it. In the meantime, I needed to get a fade on the side and back of my head so my top can grow. I'm nervous going to a barber shop for a few reasons. I've read online reviews at this place and my husband also comes here every month. There's about 6 or 7 guys who works here and they are always packed with customers. Generally, I'm told most of the barbers here are really good with the clips but my husband did tell me that Dilson seems to have the most customers returning back and requesting his service. I've decided to request Dilson. I told him what I wanted and he did just that and at each stage, he's telling me what he will do and stopped to ask if I wanted him to do other shavings and shape ups. Long story short, I got what I wanted and he made me felt very comfortable. I will definitely come back and will seek for him again. The parking here is really tight and limited. The shop is small. When you come inside, you are to select your barber on a computer screen. If you don't care who to serve you, you can select whoever is next available. Once you enter your selection, you get a printed receipt with a number so you can wait to be called for your turn. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and they were busy so I can just imagine the number of customers coming here over the weekend. If you can come during the weekdays, I highly recommend.

I understand that to a certain extent, but these guys are having a great time doing what they love and it shows and adds to the positive environment of their business.
