They requested a 1/3 deposit that could not be paid electronically. This should have been my first clue. Then it took a month for the window to arrive. They then scheduled and showed up with a regular window. And they of course ripped out the existing window before checking. So I had to have the wrong window installed and then wait six weeks for the correct panes to arrive. Then spend two weeks going back and forth to schedule a new installation date. Then they flew in and out on the date and I finally had my window. And it took only 10 minutes following the job being finished before someone showed up from the company and demanded payment. Not throughout the whole process was anything given emphasis until it was time for them to be paid. Avoid at all costs.

Ed always responded to my text messages (with my questions) immediately. Slav (Construction Manager) is an expert at his job, and he and his helper arrived on time and even stayed late in the evening to finish the job in one day, because I work from home and could not have construction noise going on the next day. Our new windows look terrific, and I feel good knowing that they were installed correctly. The wood trim construction on the inside of the window is flawless. We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

Matthew came and looked at it and recommended a pressure treated fence to match the rest of the deck. He looked closely at it, took pictures and did an absolutely beautiful job.
