I have never had a accident and I'm 31 my insurance went from $62 a months to $83 a month after 6 months this company is a scam don't waste you money or time trying to save a buck because if you ever need the insurance they will not benefit you that are known for denying claims and low balling you so they get most of your money if you get paid for a accident. I'd like to give them 0 stars as they are extremely unprofessional. It seems from others reviews,…read morethey are not in business to assist those who have an accident, but to line their pockets. This applies to the insured and to the "other driver". My son was the "other driver". They never replied to our requests for updates or to close this claim. Honestly could have been settled with a $200 check. They just stopped responding. I tried to give grace as I know the gulf area was dealing with a hurricane during this time (last summer). However, they couldn't return phone calls or at a minimum, state in their voicemail system they were in the middle of a natural disaster. I am guessing that was not it, they just don't care. I finally reached a local agent who tried to help, but was limited with what they could do ( I live in Nevada). Adjuster is Chan Holder and their supervisor is Randy Mayet. If either of you read these, I am still awaiting some sort of a reply. I am not holding my breath. Beware!
