Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. But overall, this location needs serious management attention. Terrible experience.

For years their pots fit nicely in our terracotta pots, with the rim of the plastic pots overlapping and holding them in perfectly. This year, for the same price ($29 each, two for $58), their largest pre-made pots dropped and fell to the bottom, smaller than every year in the past. It's too bad Farm & Garden Station has resorted to this.

The salesman, whom I don't blame, told me they won't do a job for less than $1500 this time of year. I find this ridiculous. He then called me back and said the best they can do is $950. $60 for parts and maybe 1 hour for 1 guy. Extremely disappointing. This is how a long time customer gets treated.
