wrote an honest review about how he treated me during my last visit. He retaliated in an unethical manner and violated the code of conduct. this's how he did it: 1. within 48 hours of my review, he canceled my prescription, had his staff call me, and lie to me (the meds weren't available in the pharmacy and we didn't know when it would be. So we funded you). note: the meds are not covered by the insurance so I paid for it at the end of my visit when I paid his fees. they didn't pay me back for my visit fees. 2. He had his staff and family members write 4 or 5 reviews within 24 hours (all on Yelp). I took screenshots of those reviews with the dates posted. This's what I did: 1. I got my visit record on the same day and contacted the pharmacy he said he was sending it to. They said he never sent a prescription for me. I have their response in writing along with my chart for my visit with him. 2. I revoked all prior authorizations I had given him for me or my daughter and sent this in writing to his office. 3. This review will be a witness of the date I revoked my authorization. read more

I would not trust Dr. Borgardt with my life. He was my Dr. when he first moved to the area and was building his practice . . he use lots of patients that were on Medicare to build his practice and when it got large enough cut us all out and dropped us cold. His staff was beyond upset with the lack of professionalism. I was also in a car accident at that time where a car jumped the center divider and hit me head on. He would not see me unless I paid him in cash. When I did finally pay him the cash I needed a referral for a PTSD evaluation and he refused to give me the referral because he said all I wanted to do was to get lots of money off the accident. I needed help for what did run out to be PTSD. He is a despicable person. I could not see clearly for over a year from that accident because of the PTSD it caused something in me to have the sensation of looking threw a goldfish bowl. He only cares about making money and that has become his reputation. Not well liked by other Dr's in the area and that is from my exercise of just mentioning his name to them.
