I did not have braces as a child and decided to fix my teeth in my 30's. This place is very welcoming and the people who work there are just amazing. Basically you get assigned a student for your teeth journey and don't work Dr. King there is awesome and is there for the whole process too to make sure the work is correct. I went with invisalign and its great bc they have new imaging systems so you don't have to get those horrible molds of your mouth. As for cost I felt they were a great price as if you think about it, there is no over cost. You pay for the materials and thats all. If your insurance doesn't cover the cost you can also go on a payment plan with no interest which is great. I am just finishing my invisalign journey and I could not be any more happier with the process I had and the results!

I truly try not to be petty and objectively review every experience in a vacuum, but nickeling and diming customers is an immediate DQ! In the end, I am giving this location a negative rating because of hidden fees they're charging for PPE. $23 to pay for their staff to be protected. I have contacted other friends who are dentists and they're not even charging anything. I am saddened to say I will not be going back because I truly enjoyed my experience there. But, to charge an unprecedented $23 a visit is offensive and I hope this rating carries true weight. Also worth mentioning they're retro actively charging customers for emergencies visits that were not indeed emergencies. This LLC must be in fiscal trouble. Best wishes.

The office then would not return calls and sent a letter refusing to service my son. I personally confronted the doctor about the refusal and he was upset with a cancellation last year which was why they are refusing us. My son has been there for over 2 years and has recently had a cleaning a month ago and I was never notified of anything prior to their decision. I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone!!!!
