As of December 2025, this matter has been fully resolved. Liberatore CPA's team was hampered by the 43-day government shutdown, which delayed the 50-day timeline. After further discussions, Liberatore CPA honored the agreement we originally made regarding the 2016 amended return and issued a refund for that service. So I'm kicking myself because I went to another CPA last year against my friend's advice. Paid dearly for it. The CPA I went to last year bamboozled my taxes. They were able to squeeze me in as a last minute add-on because the deadline for corporations/business is 3/15. My appointment is literally on the DUE DATE!! Price is not the cheapest, BUT you do get what you pay for. EVERY CENT! I worked with David who glanced through my previous taxes and gave me some sound advice. He took my papers/documents and went to work right away. Came back a few times to update me on the status and finally on the final amount~THE MOST EXCITING PART!!! Yee!!
