Really can't say enough about Mark's work. Mark came highly recommended when we were searching for…read morea realtor for our move within RI, and we are certainly glad that we went with him. Mark handled everything on both sides of our transaction - from selling in North Kingstown to buying in Bristol. He kept everything moving extremely smoothly throughout the entire process (even during the unique "Covid" times), explained the details every step of the way, was quick to respond to questions and requests, and was extremely personal along the way. He helped us find a home that we both really like, as well as sell our old home within mere hours of being on the market - with numerous offers above asking price, no less. We sure don't have plans to move again any time soon, but if we do, we know who we're reaching out to. Very highly recommended!

Mark had been featured on HGTV's "House Hunters"- rem.ax/126Wybh Celebrity Status ;) I have been using his services for about two months now. We are in the process of looking to buy a house (duh... stating the obvious), but what Mark is teaching us is that not everything is so obvious. My husband and I will be first time home buyers, so we were afraid to ask Mark what he thought of working with clients like ourselves; after a brief pause and maybe a little chuckle, Mark explained that he was well prepped, from the last 10 years of working mostly with 1st timers like myself. I was happy to find that Mark was down to earth and a really nice guy. He made us feel as if we were on the same wave length, and even if what we thought was great was really just a cat ridden, torn up, bad religion -piece of property, there is "still hope". In one word I would describe Mark as "understanding". With other Realtors I found that they were, uninterested and overzealous. Looking out for what THEY thought would be good for you, rather than sitting-listening- and understanding what is good for you. I would recommend Mark to anyone, and will continue to do so in the future. I have great confidence that Mark will be the Realtor that will find and close us on our first home.

They first…read moresit down to thoroughly understand your specific buying or selling situation and potential challenges are identified/discussed upfront. With an excellent understanding of market dynamics and strategic positioning of my home, SMG developed a unique strategy to drive a very positive outcome when we went to market. The team went above and beyond for me to ensure a streamlined and successful process and exceeded my goals as a seller yet again! I am a repeat client having worked with Steve on two sales: the first was sale of a lower Manhattan condo just before COVID which sold at the highest dollar per square foot in the building for some time. This year in 2024, we recently closed on the sale of my residence in the Edgewood area of Cranston, RI - which again ended up being the highest price sold in Edgewood - ever- for single-family home that wasn't a waterfront or direct water-view property. Steve really did an unparalleled job of marketing the home through drone video and professional photos showcasing my home's unique features and took a multi-faceted approach to reach the target buying audience both local and afar. The home went under contract within one week of listing as a result. Steve and his team communicated with all parties throughout the process and quickly dealt with any issues that arose. They stayed on top of all aspects of the sales/closing process to ensure it was fully managed from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the overall service and constant communication provided. The Steven Miller Group has my highest recommendation!

Obviously there is a problem with Carol Scarilia after reading the only reviews on this realtor …read more We were interested and under contract to buy an off market property on 240 Aqueduct Rd in Cranston since last Summer after the home has sat empty for several years unkept ,empty . While there one day a neighbor gave a kind of warning about the seller but I didn't pay to much attention saying she'd done this before and she has no clue what she wants . Also someone had been entering the property regularly ,sleeping and drinking there which was very creepy . It was either she didn't answer questions relevant to the home or dragged her feet on everything . We didn't pressure her because of her stating the sellers Mother was sick and ended up passing away,of course we understood . She strung our realtor along since last Summer with different issues with the home such as solar panels that were no longer on the home but on the ground in the back yard ,then we find out owner still owes for the panels and wanted us to pay for them separately ,how would we know if they were damaged when they are off the house on the ground in the backyard . Possible water damage in the home since it was gutted to the studs ,there was no running water ,toilets full ,rotting food in freezers and refrigerator .As far as two bathrooms if you want to call the basement toilet & shower a bathroom that is deceiving . Carol and her client stalled on an inspection by saying a plumber couldn't get there until the week our contract ran out . The acre that went with the property is wetland so nothing can be built on it , the issues go on & on not to mention the stress they've put us through after having our contractors set up to go in and finish the work . Because of these two shady deceptive women we missed the opportunity to sell our home during the housing shortage and to buy a home now interest rates are in the seven percent range . We offered over the selling price at first , then we offered an amount as is ,cash. The owner ended up selling the home we thought would be ours for less than the original price as soon as our contract expired on the 16 of December . Disgusting , nobody should trust this woman the whole time she was in the background being deceitful . I hope the investment group who purchased it from under our noses nothing but issues although it's not their fault I can't help but feel this way . Carol someday you'll be betrayed when you're least expecting it because you lied to our agent by saying there were no other offers ,cost us the opportunity to sell our home when it was a sellers market and now to get another mortgage at a high interest rate wouldn't be in our best interest . Live and learn it might just be a blessing in disguise ,something isn't right with the whole situation ,we hadn't had a title search done yet but I feel there is something not being disclosed .

In Sandra Sousa, we not only found those wonderful qualities but so much more! After I was referred to her, I knew she'd be "the one" when she returned my call during her vacation in Florida. She took the time to REALLY listen to our wishlist and provided us with the tools for a successful house hunt. She gave us great advice during our search and answered every question we had with sincerity and professionalism. When we finally found the house we'd call our own, Sandra became a home "inspector" of sorts even before we hired the actual home inspector! She looked over everything to ensure we would get our monies worth! That is the type of person you want on your team. I could go on, but I think you get my point. Look no further. If you want quality service, you'll find it here.

As first time homebuyers with lots of anxiety, we truly couldn't have done it without her!
