Dr. O'Malley and Dr Till are really great. The billing practices of this company are nothing short of shady. Take your business elsewhere.

Today, as a self pay patient, the doctor and his staff once again treated me with the utmost respect, were willing to consider my financial situation (instead of pushing me into something), and worked with me to get a treatment plan that suited me, my finances, and the future of my teeth. I've had extractions, cleanings, and root canals at Dr Moore's office, and everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable, I just won't go anywhere else. I haven't needed it, but they do provide sedation dentistry for folks who have a dental fear. I would recommend them to anyone. His office is on Roan right next to Boones Creek Pharmacy (another great local business), he's a Tennessee native, and a veteran. Make an appointment.

By the grace of God my grandmother was getting her teeth cleaned at Dr. Moore's office at the same time all of this was going on, and Dr. Moore calmed her down and told her to have me come to his office. So I left that oral surgeon's office and drove straight there. Dr. Moore stayed after his office closed just to help me out. He basically did a root canal just so I wouldn't be suffering in pain. I had my employer cancel everything that was scheduled by that oral surgeons office and the next day Dr Moore's office got me in and gave me a temporary crown and veneer. He had me send him emails of pictures showing my teeth and had exact replicas made. You would never know my front teeth aren't real today. That was in 2015 and I still only trust him with my teeth and will only come here from now on. To say he is the best dentist around wouldn't be enough. He is a great dentist and an even better person for all that he's done for me. I would tell anybody that needs a dentist to go to him!

We expected a typical new-patient process -- review of history, exam, possible X-rays, and a discussion of any recommended treatment. That is not what happened. After briefly asking if we had concerns, the dentist began filing/drilling on one of her teeth without clearly explaining that he was starting treatment. There was no thorough exam or discussion beforehand. My daughter became very upset because she did not understand what was happening. Instead of calmly clarifying, the interaction became defensive and uncomfortable. We reiterated that we were there to establish care, not begin treatment without explanation, but were told that if we didn't want treatment, we should find another dentist. During the visit, the dental assistants were standing beside the chair passing a phone back and personal information, which felt unprofessional during a patient appointment. We were also concerned about safety and environment. The treatment room had an uncovered fluorescent light fixture directly above the patient chair. The waiting room displayed numerous taxidermied animals, which made the setting feel uncomfortable for a healthcare office. Overall, we left feeling unheard, unwelcome, and dismissed. We will be seeking care elsewhere.
