We had a 11 year old Husky who developed large masses in his lungs and sadly had to be put down. They were very respectful and sympathetic, and we spent his last day with the kids, saying goodbye. The process was heartbreaking, but they were patient and caring the entire time. Afterwards they mailed us a hand-written sympathy card as well. They send us birthday cards for our other pets, and always give us honest and truthful recommendations about care.

Vomiting and bleeding from rectum were the symptoms. A retired Vet filling in made the diagnosis immediately in one visit and explained how to treat the disease. A common cat problem should not have gone undiagnosed and properly treated. Vet was angry and rude when I called the emergency number when I saw blood coming out my cat's rectum. My dog ate a poisonous substance that is on every list of toxic foods and medicines for dogs. His kidneys were shutting down but the vet wanted to "wait and see" in a few days. He would have been dead by then. I insisted he be admitted and receive constant IVs to flush his kidneys of the toxin. I had researched the treatment online. I saved my dogs life not the vet.
