Hello my name is David. Ive been working with Kendall Graves for over two years and all accusation…read moresaid against Kendall is false. I was standing right there the entire time. The man's wife was there while we were working, we did every part of the job per contact that customer Jerry signed before work was even started and did it all correct and professionally. He asked us if we could fill in this hole that was on his concrete step which was not on the contract, so he filled it in with the kindness of his heart, which we was using mortar and not concrete. customer's wife disliked. So, Kendall had put color into the mortar and she didn't like that either. Kendall had changed the color three times and at that point there was nothing else we could do. I feel the need to put a false negative review on a business page is very irrelevant and unkind for future customers to read.

Unsatisfactory Masonry Restoration 8/12/22. Kendall Graves did not do the masonry restoration work…read moreon our front cement porch that he agreed to accomplish in his verbal/written proposal presentation. I chose him because he convinced me that he did it the right way and that he took pride in his work. He charged a high price for 2 hours work that amounted to a red/brown stucco patch on the front of our cement grey porch. We asked for a price reduction. We paid him the full amount because he was very intimidating and threatening to me and my wife. I told Kendall that he was paid the full amount because my wife and I were concerned about our safety and not because it was a job well done.

Can't recommend Ted and 502 Construction enough!…read more In fact, I have given his info to two people so far and will likely be sharing it even more in the future. I reached out to 502 Construction via Yelp, and Ted, the owner, responded directly to me and came out to look at our issue firsthand before giving us a quote. It meant so much to be able to talk to him about this from the start. The stone facade on a back wall in our garden had fallen off, due to water getting behind the stone and freezing. We also wanted to add a brick topper to that wall, to match the wall on the other side of our back yard, and we wanted a metal railing added to the length to prevent anyone from falling off the side of the wall, which abuts our parking pad. Ted's bid was fair, and when he started the work, he was at our house everyday (excluding a couple of days due to bad weather) until it was complete. He was communicative and receptive throughout. And his work more than met our expectations. He had to individually measure and cut maybe 100 bricks so that the topper would work with the incline of the wall. He went a couple of places to find brick that would match brick we already had at our house, and he cut and welded the railing on site. We still need to paint the railing, but it is night and day better compared to what it was. (I will be sure to add before-and-after photos once it is 100% complete.) Ted is going on our list of contractors to have handy and to recommend to all who will listen.

Responded well, a rep. Came to the location and provided a quick quote for the job to be done.read more

DO NOT HIRE TFS - Incomplete Work, Property Damage, and Total Avoidance!!!…read moreI am writing this review to warn others about the absolute nightmare experience I've had with TFS. They have breached our contract, damaged my home, and are not showing any urgency regarding my complaint despite being paid in full.Specifically, TFS failed to deliver on the following contract terms: Missing Foam Board: The contracted foam board insulation was never installed to close the vent. Missing Crawl Space Door: The insulated crawl space door was never installed, leaving the area exposed. Instead I know have property damage because they used spray foam instead of the agreed-upon foam board, which has gaps of exposed areas to the outside and damaged the exterior siding of my house. To make matters worse, the crawl space encapsulation is completely unfinished, and the sump pump they installed is non-functional and currently leaking water everywhere. Although I've called many times I to escalate these severe issues, my concerns remain pending as I have not been given a day for repairs to be made. Management repeatedly blamed their lack of response on "internal restructuring" and "staffing shortages." Internal organizational issues are no excuse for abandoning a paying customer with a damaged home and a leaking pump.TFS needs to immediately contact me to complete the initial project scope, repair my damaged exterior siding, and clean up the debris and mess left behind on my property. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want unfinished work and property damage. Fair warning given.
